Came to pick up my hat I dropped off yesterday. Said they opened at 12 been waiting outside the store since 11:50 so I could get it before I go to work, while the lady opening has gate down and is on her phone and then doing her drawer. She had no sense of urgency. Stored opened 11 minutes later. I know this doesn't sound like a big deal but as someone who has very little time and thinks they're running in and out, it is.I am however very pleased with the embroidery on my hat. It looks amazing, they did a great job!

We were just there. The young female employee who was working there was cranky and rude. We left and didn’t buy anything.

I went in to inquire about an on-line in-store return. The rep didn't just turn me away she tool the initiative to see if there was a way to eliminate any inconvenience on my part. Although we weren't able to swap out. It was an excellent visit. I was greeted with smiles and exited with those same smiles. I love great customer services. ?

The man who was working today around 3 pm was the most generous employee. As I picked up my order he helped quell my crying baby. He's the embodiment of customer service.

I received a hat as a Christmas gift, I put the hat on one time and it did not fit. I attempted to return this hat and the owner told me this was worn, I explained all I did was put on once and brought it back, the owner then called me a liar and refused to take the hat back. Owner was not checking the items as they were purchased but claimed he did. This hat was purchased and was never inspected by the owner or any employee during the sale. The owner was as rude as can be and never tried to work this situation out, not sure how someone that owns a business has no customer service awareness. Customers are walking into the store and trying on hats, then putting them back on the shelves, this has been the worst service I have ever received and cannot believe the nonsense said to me when simply trying to exchange a product. I will call the corporate office during normal business hours in attempt to speak to someone regarding this. I have purchased hats for a decade at Lids and this is disgusting to me. I hope someone at this corporate office does something about this owner in the Altamonte Mall Lids store because someone that spends over $50 per hat should be treated with a little more respect.

Worst customer service experience of my life. Purchased a braves fitted baseball cap for my roommate for a Christmas present. Gave him the hat which he tried on for quite literally 10 SECONDS. The hat was too big, so I gave him the receipt so he could return it and pick out a hat that fit and that he liked. Upon trying to return the hat, an older Hispanic gentleman that would later claim to be the owner examined the hat closely then suddenly refused to take the hat back due to a small blemish on the inner front rim. He claimed "this hat has been worn, I cant accept it back." My roommate explained that he had literally tried it on for 10 seconds and was in no way responsible for the blemish and that it was clearly there upon purchase. The man didn't care and said, no refund. My roommate returned the cap to me since i purchased it, and I went in a week later. Same exact interaction, accept this time, on multiple occasions the gentleman tuned is back on me in order to start talking to his employee again. He also claimed that its "not possible that the stain was there before hand because he personally checks all hats before selling them, but then admitted he didn't actually sell me the hat. His entire argument was predicated on "I don't know how that got there." To which I replied, "In other words it could have been there before I purchased it, and therefore not caused by me?" Then he would just start with the, I cant accept that hat sorry. Literally could not care less about selling faulty products and then screwing the customer over after the fact. Avoid this store at all costs.TLDR: LIDS sold a hat with a small blemish on it that wasn't noticed until after purchase, then refused to take a refund or exchange and tried to blame the blemish on the customer.

Came here to return an item on Sunday and website said they’re open. However I guess nobody decided to work today the store is closed.
