No one in this store wants to help you. I needed a specific light but it only came in a complete set with the bathroom fan. There happened to be a set with the top of the box missing and the exact light sitting right there covered in what looked like 5 years worth of dust. After 4 people and finally the manager, he was extremely firm about 10% off. I even asked the cashier who was very nice if he’d buy this at 10% off and he said he would just give it to me for free if it was up to him because of how it looked. This store needs people who actually want to help people and the store. I hope they enjoy their open dusty product that no one will buy at 10% off. I was trying to do everyone a favor.

This Lowe's is always clean and organized. Depending on day and time you might have experienced help in the aisles just like other stores.
They sell Craftsman tools and have a pretty good selection, not nearly as much as Sears used to have but that's understandable. You can find individual sockets here as well. Most of the Craftsman brand is no longer made in the USA but that's not Lowe's fault
They are starting to expand their Klein Tools offering now too if you like that brand.

I strongly suggest you never purchase anything for customer pick up from this store. I bought flooring from them and after them giving me the wrong product 4 times I just used the wrong . After a year I gave them another change they put an item in my trunk and told me the box was torn but everything was in it. I got home and parts were missing. I called and asked if they could have it ready for me. They said it would be. After one hour waiting and them blatantly lying to me I finally got it. I have a retail company and if I ever treated a customer like this I would be out of business. I guess my customers are smarter then me. They would never come back. And neither will i.

Purchased a generator on 9/27/2024, confirmed 30-day return policy on unopened, factory sealed item at time of purchase.
Attempted a return on 10/22/2024, store informed me the policy changed on 10/5/2024 to only allow generator returns within 48 hours - confirmed with associate and store manager
I attempted to explain changes in return policy cannot apply to purchase made prior to change and store required to honor policy at time of purchase - manager disagreed and directed me to the memo posted on register explaining 48 hour limit.
Issue with this is there is a large placard posted on the wall of the store contradicting the memo at the register - placard states an exception to the 48 hour limit for unopened, factory sealed items are returnable within 30 days of purchase
Manager stated the placard no longer applied and the memo posted would be followed - even though the memo states the same exception to the 48 hour limit.
