Slack in Refunding return. Macy’s received my return on February 19, and it is now the 27th, eight days since the acknowledged receipt of my return. There should be a law about how long they can keep your money.

I don’t know who is managing Macy’s these days but they are doing an AWFUL job. Macys used to be an upscale, clean, super nice store. Not anymore. The dirt and the clothes, hangers, stuff lying on the floors in many of the departments was disgusting. I was on the first floor and the second floor, and saw the same messes all over. 11:30 am and it was obvious that NO ONE cleaned up the disarray from the shoppers the day before. Escalators not working, and those that were felt like they would fall apart anytime. Yuk! No reason for me to shop there anymore. What a SHAME!

Looks like an upscale Walmart. At the time we arrived, they were having a fashion show so it was nice to see young people enjoying parading the clothes. We saw one dress my wife immediately went to buy.

The worst attention at customer service!. Always buy items in person and online for more than 15 years and never have any problem, today it was the first time I returned an item that doesn't fit and the sales lady it's was so disrespectful, cero values; and it's supposed that I'm the client, I'm the one that need respect. So disappointing to see persons like her to an store that most of the time have a good service and good employees.
