I love this place. It's located right in front of my house at the Altamonte Springs Mall, and it offers a wide variety of items at affordable prices. They have cute bags and shoes, and hair products, perfumes, and cosmetics are super cheap. I bought women’s clothes, sandals, shampoo, LocknLock containers, and a wristwatch, and I’m happy with all of them. I also signed up for a Macy’s card and got a discount, which made it even better. This is one of my go-to spots.

Jason in the men’s cologne helped me out to find the best cologne . He was super friendly and awesome to work with to find the perfect scent for me I decided to go with aqua di gio and Sauvage elixir thanks to Jason he made my shopping experience very enjoyable and he deserves 10 stars and a raise

Just had the WORST experience ever … looking to buy a mattress …. Tanya was rude, unhelpful & couldn’t care less. I was prepared to spend money on the spot. I had the opposite experience at another location…. So this was definitely the sales person at the Altamonte Springs location. Boo 😒

Macy's in Altamonte is the best! The jewellery section is handled by Gwen who is fantastic, from taking the time to go through everything, to talking very nicely with the kids, highly recommend visiting here if you need anything

Shakira and Natanielle were definition of customer service at Polo's upfront.

I had a very disappointing experience with Mary and her supervisor Kay. The area they manage was disorganized and missing proper tags, which led to me being overcharged by more than $70. When I returned to address the issue, both Mary and Kay were unhelpful and dismissive. They showed little empathy, made me wait unnecessarily, and ultimately refused to honor what the original employee had offered. It’s unfortunate, especially since this is the closest Macy’s to me. I hope leadership addresses the need for better customer service training for this team.
