In store experience was very good. This was months ago. John (manager) patiently answered my questions and is very knowledgeable.
The phone experience, with a different manager, to correct my bill was average. This person was very positive and very knowledgeable except that - didn't follow through on correcting the bill...so
I have to repeat steps one, two, three, and four.
That's the reason for only four stars. Phones are a necessity; at least for now.

Excellent service at this location. These guys are great. John and Cisco helped me pick out a new phone, and then helped me transfer the data and make sure my new phone was ready to use and all of my old data, pictures, Text message etc, were transferred to the new phone. Really recommend this place for the excellent customer service. Thanks Cisco!

Outstanding sales and service at this location by Cisco and John. I visited the store several times, looked at new phones, came back and made a purchase and then came back for the transfer of data. Cisco did an excellent job of making sure my new phones were set up, data transferred, and ready to use. I highly recommend this location and these guys. Thanks!

John & Francisco gave me the best deal I've ever recieved by a metro store. For having auto Pay and being a customer for over one year I got a free galaxy a15 and now I have t mobile directly with fast speeds, thank you again!!

I 100% recommend this location to anyone who uses metro pcs as their cell phone provider. John and Odderson were absolute godsends when it came to helping me purchase a new phone. John was very helpful and kind on our initial phone call and was even friendlier in person. Odderson was very kind as well. They both maintained high professionalism and made jokes with us as they activated the phone in a timely manner. THESE TWO EMPLOYEES NEED A RAISE! 10/10 recommend ?
