I needed a cell phone for a couple of weeks for someone who was traveling here. When the woman found out it was not going to be a permanent phone but just a temporary one, Diana or whatever her name was refused to activate the phone for me. Explaining that it would cost her money. I find it highly unethical that she requested all the information it was just about to turn the phone on and then refuse me service. regardless of whether or not it was going to be a permanent phone or not. Maybe it was because I am white and she was Hispanic. That would be considered racism.

Really great customer service. I've been here twice to get phones and they really took care of me. I had to help get a phone and new line for a friend who's really struggling and the CSR, Dayanara was very VERY patient and helpful. Thanks a lot!

If you need a phone, have questions or need help see Bruce at this location. He is the best!!! He is very knowledgeable about phones, friendly and patient. Have been coming here for years will not go anywhere else. Bruce if you move please don't go too far, you're the only one I trust.

Terrible. We've been customers for 12 years and had to call customer service to straighten out miss information we were told by the store. Be careful; we think more training may be needed.

I had an issue with my phone and as always the manager there his name is Bruce fix the issue. He's so knowledgeable and friendly it's why I pass 2 other locations closer to my home and come to this one.

Danny is an amazing employee. POS system wasn't working while I was visiting, and he was able to debug and fix it in a timely manner.He set up my new phone very quickly, answered all my questions, and I'm very happy with Danny!Metro is lucky to have this guy as an employee!

I went to metro 7:45pm the door was open but no one around. I called out to let them know I was out there. No one came. As I'm checking out phones being patient a u young lady comes around the corner and frown her face at me. No can I help u no I apologize for the wait. Where u come from is what she said. Rude as hell. I said I have been in here since 7:45pm. Oh I went to the back at 7:45 to count my register. We closed. But u close at 8. She looked at me with that same ugly face she made and walked off. I have never had any issues with anyone from this store before. She needs to learn what customer service is and if it's not what she is going to give just go work with the plants!I needed a simple transaction to disconnect my son's stolen galaxy tablet. It said if I didn't have access to the tablet I had to go into the store t o have it a disconnected.
