Went in on 1/10 2025 just needed a new phone. There's only one person in front of me when I walked in... an hour later I left without a phone. The representative in the store, the only representative was obviously on something other than marijuana as he could not function well enough to do his job, if the owners are out there listening just check the cameras. I'm surprised this location is still open. We went to T-Mobile switched all of our numbers off of Metro piece of s*** and I'm happier now. This is after being with Metro for 20 years. Two lines switched over better service walked out of there paying about a hundred bucks. Do not go to this Metro location you will waste your time and your money.

I went into this store after having a bad experience at the other one and Brooklyn took really good care of me she got me a new phone and answered all my questions she also was able to transfer all my apps excellent customer service skills thanks Brooklyn and also the manager was very helpful and polite

Went to T-Mobile on 436 by I-4 and had the perfect experience. We were greeted by Erika who took care of everything that we needed. I've been to the store before, the people who work there are always extremely helpful. I can say the same about Erika. We could not have asked for better. Highly recommend this location.

✔️ RIP OFF / CON ARTIST ✔️ DELIBERATELY & PURPOSELY TRIED TO RIP US OFF! Both the manager and counter helper, FREE PHONE, TO THEM WAS $69.95, $45 TO TURN IT ON! PLUS THE PLAN! MANAGER talking in Spanish, on how to rip me off! But I took 2 years of Spanish .. NO BIEN

I visited the Metro store in Altamonte Springs on July 8, 2021 at approximately 7:00pm EST and received NO assistance!After calling metro to switch my phone number to a new device, I followed the directions entering my IMEI or serial number as instructed and found out that I needed to turn the old device on as well as restart the new device.Upon restarting the new device, it then asked to insert the SIM card from the old device which is what I needed help with.When I walked into the store after the phone call . Felix , a sales representative with Metro greeted me and ask what I needed help.Clearly, he was too busy on his phone on Instagram and listening to music after I told him the issue.Felix proceeded to tell me that I needed to change the SIM card but that was what I needed help with.Felix provided me a key to which I honestly did not know how to use and said this key can be used.After several attempts of figuring out where to insert the key, Felix responds “oh that’s not where it goes and pointed to the side of the phone” with no offer to help.Felix continued to use his personal device, playing music and what not and I ended up completing the service on my own ( changing SIM card ) .What was the point in explaining him the issue and him not offering to help ?His lack of attention and failure to provide adequate assistance shows that he needs more training or that he did not care.Why is he working here.I’m hoping that future patrons of this Metro store has better experiences.In the future Felix, please give your full attention to your customers, patrons and guests.A 4- year Metro Customer
