Other than no one working in the framing department on my last visit, it's a good store. They're going to have to up their yarn game with JoAnn going out of business though...

The custom frame department at Micheal's was excellent. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. They did a great job reframing some important wedding photos. The job was superb and quick.
