The custom frame department at Micheal's was excellent. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. They did a great job reframing some important wedding photos. The job was superb and quick.

This store and especially Craig get 5 stars. He is the master of customer service and went above and beyond to fix my issue! Corporate-You get no stars. Your phone system and chat are a joke. I spent 2 hours and never even got to a person. The phone does not tell you a wait time and after 50 minutes rang once and went dead. The chat times out after 20 minutes if no one from your end responds even when it tells you the wait time is 27 minutes.

Called the store to find out instructions on using my coupon on my online order. They couldn't assist me, were unfamiliar, so instead, offered to put the item aside for me to pick up the next day. The next day was chaos in there. They couldn't find it, and were unapologetic about it; it still showed that it was in stock. Didn't offer to call another store, barely helped locate It for me. ( we never did). Found out later the clerk got distracted while putting it aside, and never did. One of a kind seasonal item needed that day.
Might have worked better if I had just ordered it for pick up, then returned it in store to rebuy with my coupon.
