This is my second visit in the last year to this location. Even though I had two different NP the experience was great both times! Today Sara was very professional and thorough in her exam, answered all my questions, and was easy to talk to! I feel this is definitely a good option when my doctor is too busy to see me!

PSA: Please be aware that this location no longer offers walk-in visits. I had to learn the hard way and schedule for the following day via kiosk after arriving.

Chris the doctor was so kind the last time I visited. Very thoughtful and took care to make sure I wouldn’t have to come back as often by fixing the problem there.

I love this CVS! Sara the NP is absolute the best. She cares about her clients and goes above and beyond. I am very appreciative of your services! Along with the other staff I always have a wonder experience while visiting. Keep being great.

I went recently to this location for the Minute Clinic, after a bout with the flu. Both the Nurse practitioners are welcoming and amazing. The first time I went I came across the Lpn who also works there. She’s just nasty and rude. I was sitting quietly in the waiting area and she appeared to be cleaning, she looks over after a bit and asks if I have an appointment, I say yes, and she says the nurse practitioner is busy and will be out shortly and walks back into the office . I say wow ok. I had to return a few days later for a revised doctors note due to my work not liking the format, and the rude nurse was there again. She comes out of the room and says what can we help you with? No hi good morning, just the same attitude I remembered last time I was in. I explained to her the situation with the letter. All she says in return is, when the NP is done maybe they can help you and walks off! As soon as the NP comes out she’s very nice and welcoming, and I explain to her about the letter and she is happy to fix it for me and help out! And meanwhile the rude nurse is cleaning while I’m standing in the doorway talking to the Nurse practitioner, the Lpn barks excuse me - as if she couldn’t get around me!! If it wasn’t for the location close to my home I wouldn’t come back to this location just because of the rude nurse here! Yikes.

The employees were sitting in the waiting room chatting and laughing but they say they have no time to see people that all appointment slots are full. No option to wait - Ok. Well then I’ll go where someone actually wants to help people who don’t feel well. This place is a straight up joke with no “appointments” open until tomorrow but clearly no patients either with 3 people in scrubs sitting around doing nothing

Went in for an earwax removal appointment. Was quickly attended to. Both of the women helping me were friendly and made sure I was alright throughout the short procedure.

Stay away from this place!! I was miss diagnosed. I went to the Minute Clinic in Altamonte Springs with a sore throat. The clinician said I had a sinus infection with no sign of one. No pressure of my sinuses, no pain, no drainages and had fluids in my ears, or so she said. I was prescribed a set of corticosteroid and medicine for the pain. I was provided with strep throat test per my request. Two days later, I end up in the emergency with side effects from an steroid that I didn’t need, and a the right diagnosis Mononucleosis. The only course of action needed was plenty of fluids and rest and let the virus run it’s course, and the fluid in my ears magically disappeared. Be careful who you trust your health care needs to.

We are from Colorado and came to Orlando for a cruise leaving Saturday. It took us weeks to find a place in Florida that could do the antigen test in the timeframe we needed (you must show proof of negative Covid-19 test before sailing/boarding (48-72 before cruise)). We flew in to FL a few nights early to ensure we got the test done with no issues. CVS Minute Clinic had me and my friend booked and although it was not close to our hotel and our 2 appointments were 2 1/2 hours apart, we didn't care and booked the appointments. They sent numerous confirmations via text and email up until the day of the tests. ONE HOUR before the test they CANCELLED! This is unacceptable and possibly the worst example of poor business practices of any business I've ever seen. CVS you should be ashamed!! You owe us a cruise. Horrendous!!!!

This place is a scam. Went in for a medication refill for BP meds. They took my BP and temp, asked some questions and charged me the max per their website. For them to refill the meds, they had to have me do bloodwork (another charge) and come back for another appointment (ANOTHER charge!!) The "Dr" did offer a 7 day supplement until I get the blood work done. Strange the original DOCTOR didn't require blood work, and was not mentioned in WebMD (a service from the medical insurance from the Hospital I work for). The real kicker was the $10 for the 7 day supply where the 90 day supply I was trying to refill was $7.50!!!! Like I said a SCAM!!!!!

I arrived on time and checked in just to be told there are still two people ahead of me!! I'm here for a breathing treatment that's not even a priority.

Have an appointment. Waiting for half hour. No one ahead of me. Nurse practitioner is on break. It was a busy day. Door closed and says it will be another 15 or 20 minutes. Still waiting.

Welcome to corporate healthcare in America! They claim to be a walk in clinic, what they really are is an appointment clinic that will take you if they have an open spot. And then, if you call them out for not really being a walk in clinic you get a nasty response of, "well I guess that's your definition of a walk in clinic." Really?!? Just to remind all of you folks out there a walk in clinic is first come first served with zero appointments needed! This isn't MY definition of what a walk in clinic is, it's simply the actual definition! If these people feel that they can give alternative definitions of what a walk in clinic is then you had better be assured that their intent isn't giving you a true definition of what medical treatment is either! We have a serious problem in this country with a shortage of good doctors, a shortage of availability for appointment and sadly no shortage of people who look at this failure of our medical system as an opportunity for a quick money grab. I simply needed blood work and new scripts for medicine I've been taking for over a decade. Something that shouldn't take more than 5 minutes. What I got was come back tomorrow so we can grind you through our corporate system and you will simply have to operate within our system and meet our companies needs with zero consideration for what The patient needed at that moment! Despicable. Luckily I found an actual walk in clinic just two blocks over. They got me in, wrote me the script for blood work and were very apologetic shot their colleagues at this clinic. Think about it, the other clinic apologized for YOUR CLINIC'S complete and utter lack of empathy, flexibility and professionalism! It's amazing what a little empathy can do for you. Something in very short supply here! Do yourself the favor and go the two blocks over. The staff there is super friendly, helpful and affordable. Whether or not you have insurance, the other walk in clinic will do what they can to make sure you get the treatment you need without the hassle of the corporate mentality of what you can afford! And if you have good insurance the other walk in clinic, the actual walk in clinic, will give you the Gold Star treatment!
