Visited this location on February 10th. At the pump I purchased a car wash and filled up my tank. When it was done no receipt printed so I needed to go in the store to get my receipt with the car wash code. I mainly pay at the pump to avoid going in the store, but this is a minor inconvenience and would not have ever left a negative review if that was all that happened.Drove into the car wash and everything started fine then after it put the first round of soap on and rinsed part of the car the machine stopped as it was going past the car doors. We sat there probably 5 or 6 minutes seeing if it would continue. As I feel any logical person would do I drove out of the car wash with soap still on the back half of my car and went back into the store to tell the attendant. He looked at me like I was crazy when I said we drove out after sitting there for 6 minutes. He said it was impossible that it was broken and pretty much called me a liar and said I should have just kept sitting there. No car wash ever stops and does nothing for 6 minutes if it's working. I wanted my money back and he said no and I had to go try again. The machine at the car wash where you put the code in now said the car wash is out of service. So I took a photo so I could show him. He still was claiming it could not be broken and refused to give me my money back saying the code is good for 7 days or however long I don't recall. I made it very clear I had no intent to come here ever again and wanted a refund today. He refused and said if I still wanted a refund I would have to come back tomorrow. I'd rather lose my money than go back to that place. The level of rudeness and entire lack of customer service was astounding.I decided to drive further down 436 to apopka and stopped at the first gas station/ car wash that was associated with ExxonMobil. The attendant there was an absolute delight to deal with. I explained what happened at the other location to him, showed him my receipt and he was kind enough to give me a code for a car wash at his location. The attendant (in reference to the location I came from ) said "Yeah that place is weird, we hear complaints about it"

The one thing I disliked was the rudeness of the employee. He clearly is not a fit for a work with public. He did not listen, talks over you and did not let you talk. That man doesn't have patience when dealing with customer. On the other hand, the store was clean and well kept. It is a pity they aren't service oriented.

The attendant working was literally the rudest gas station attendant I’ve ever encountered while working. He redeemed my points for a drink then told me the fountain wasn’t working, which is whatever because I can use that later, but then he couldn’t figure out how to run a gift card for gas. I started crying out of frustration while trying to contact my husband inside of the store instead of in my hot car, and he was mocking me. I live over 30 minutes away, am 7 months pregnant, and just worked an 8 hour shift on my feet all day with no breakfast or lunch. But thank you for telling me “you don’t have to cry” Michael, because I’m sure you already know everything about me and my life. If I never came back that would be too soon.

Tried to use their pumps today and it seemed like there was a skimmer on Pump #6, The Card Machine just wasn't right and the card wouldn't go in correctly, and the pump wouldn't read it.I told the attendant and he could care less. I Told him 5 or 6 times in a row, and he wouldn't even acknowledge what I was talking about. He Kept acting like he didn't know what I was saying. So if you've used this station recently, and your card has been skimmed. Chances are it was the guy who works here.He was very Sketchy.I mentioned a skimmer in the Pump to him, and he just turned his back and pretended like I wasn't even talking to him.

I get gas here for one reason: the people who work here are very nice and always pleasant. I start most days with a stop at this Mobil/7-11 and when I do, it's a good day from that point on.Thank You Mouhamed!

Stopped in at pump number 8 and gave the clerk $19 in cash, yes I know it's a weird amount, when I get to the pump I only see $15 prepaid. Thanks for inadvertently taking $4 from me.

This place is the Faulty Towers of 7-11's. The owner is fine, but two of his full-time staff are disgusting - if you wanted to split Basil Fawlty down the middle, these two fit the bill, one manically aggressive, atrociously familiar, and outrageously rude to customers, the other bone lazy, contemptuous of customers to a degree that seems to leap off the pages of a TV script - and also outrageously rude. That the owner-manager, from Bangladesh, gives work to fellow immigrants from the Middle East and Asia is fine and perfectly understandable - the other long term employee there, a lanky guy from Syria, is as nice as can be, ever polite and friendly, and everything you would expect from an employee. That the other two keep their jobs though beggars belief - if they had a top ten for stunningly rude employees, they'd have to fill it out with ten other people then come up with another list for these two, because they're in a class of their own - they should put their heads down and write a book on how to insult customers in every way imaginable. Clearly, short of raping someone, they'll be kept on no matter what, because they're basically lifers who'll stay on in the job, unlike the usual high turnover of staff one expects in places like a 7-11. Here's an example of the first guy, who's of medium height, slight, dark of features, thinning black hair, and LOUD - his stock delivery is to use a barking tone to customers, almost as if he's herding people in and out. I went in a few weeks ago, late in the evening, to grab a coffee. The guy was working at the back of the store stocking shelves and clearly didn't like being interrupted. I grabbed the coffee, waited interminably at the counter, until he finally stalked to the cash register and testily let me pay with my card. As I started pulling out some cash to buy some lottery tickets as well he marched off and rounded the counter, and before he could disappear I held up the notes and told him politely that I wasn't finished. He turned around in a fury, went back behind the counter, snatched the notes from my hand, then practically through the tickets at me before walking off again. He picked up a shopping basket that was lying loose to one side, walked up a few feet from me, and angrily threw it at the ground just behind me, near some other baskets by the door. Then he started mouthing off at me in his mother tongue, face to chest (he's a small guy) presumably insulting me, all while a young female customer entered the place and looked at him shell-shocked while he ranted away. As I started walking out I stayed by the door as he turned his angry attention on her, just in case she felt intimidated, and as he backed away from her the look on her face said it all - if that girl ever returns to that store I'll be stunned. I said "good luck" to her and left. I mentioned the incident to the owner the next day and he did nothing, other than make excuses for the guy. Any other employer with a security tape at hand to view would have fired him straight away. The other one is the epitome of arrogance and rudeness, an individual who sees himself trapped in a menial job that he considers beneath his contempt - as are the disgusting rabble that he's forced to deal with day after day. Like all people of similar temperament, he indulges in petty behavior and a sneering and disrespectful attitude to paper over his seeming servitude and give him some sense of superiority - ignoring customers for as long as possible, keeping them waiting interminably, acting as if they're invisible while walking around doing nothing, and talking to them in a peremptory manner. The guy is also incredibly lazy - if the coffee machines run out you can guarantee they'll remain so until he can pass the chore on to the next shift. He also come up with the most outrageous and insulting behavior to cover for it - I once pointed out that the French vanilla was out on the cappuccino machine and he vaguely pointed at the other coffee

Lots of 7 elevens close their bathrooms to public after 10 PM unlike Race Track or Wawa. This is a major concern especially with COVID-19 for food establishment such as 7-Eleven to deny bathroom access to their consumers. I personally would like to wash my hands when I go to a food place to get food, Of course I will not go to 7-Eleven's anymore due to this fact. I just wanted to let the rest of the public know I make a decision
