Pros: The tellers are always kind at this location. I always feel welcomed. A couple of times, I have had to interact with the bank's notary and they have been professional, engaging, and efficient. I love this Bank of America location! Overall score: A+

Absolutely horrible customer service, I've been banking here for almost 8 years if not more for my business and it has been nothing but issue after issue after issue. The management at this branch has no idea what they are doing, if you want A bank that supports its customers I suggest that you bank elsewhere. Sheila needs to get off of her high horse and assist the customers. The male manager I forgot his name claims to know me and told me all about how he judges all of the customers that walk in there. So don't go in looking sketchy if you're asking for a change or he'll tell all of his other accounts about you! SMH... This place is a disaster. I was able to pull his name from another bad customer service review, Mr. Santiago also needs to jump off of his high horse for a little bit and stop judging everyone.

Generally, BOA is a pretty horrible institution, but this branch in Altamonte Springs is probably the worst. The guy who calls himself the manager, "Mr. Santiago" needs some urgent customer service training. I've been a manager in retail for 25 years and I wouldn't have this man run a newspaper stand! Seems to have a severe Napoleon complex, you can tell he loves being the boss.

Horrible walked in not one person to help me with a question. One teller and three others just sitting in their cubicles without a care in the world. Smh.

This bank has had incompetent people for last two years. It is unbelievable to go and Request coins for my business and they are consistently out of Couns. The managers and cashiers are extremely rude, I go to five other different Bank Of America and have never received such poor service. Whoever is president of this bank, has set a culture that is not friendly towards customers.

This was my first visit to Bank of America. I went to open a new account on a Saturday. I arrived there one hour before closing. I like the convenience of a bank being open on a Saturday. I thought for sure since I did not make an appointment that it would be a long wait. I was greeted nicely as I entered the branch with a smile and welcoming greeting. The person asked how could they help me. I told them I wanted to open an account. My name was taken and I was told that I could have a wait in the wait area and someone will be with me. I was told there were two representatives that were available to help me, but they were with other people at the time and that there was an appointment ahead of me. I appreciated all that information up front so that I knew what was going on. I sat in the wait area for 30 minutes and then I was approached by one of the bank representatives. She greeted me nicely and I felt welcome. At this time, it was 30 minutes to closing time. However, at no point did I feel rushed so that they could leave. The representative took her time to explain the different options that were available for what I was requesting. She asked if I had any questions. She was very friendly and professional. She engaged me in friendly conversation during the process. She took her time to explain all the details and answer any questions that I had. She assisted me in downloading the BOA mobile app and setting up the account online. I received all the BOA disclosures in printed form. The atmosphere at this branch was very calm and relaxing. The atmosphere was very inviting and professional. I had no issues whatsoever at this location. I had a very nice experience and look forward to many more at Bank of America.

Worst bank ever. Tellers have no knowledge of anything. One teller. One account service person. Not one person can order checks for you. All is done on a computer that still won't help you. I really really despise this bank. They have no consideration for those unable to use an I phone or computer.

I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews. This is my home bank. The staff is extremely helpful and informative. The lines aren't very long unless it's payday Friday and people are cashing checks- but let's be real it's 2017. EVERYONE should have direct deposit by now. I did only give it 4 stars because the drive through atm always malfunctions and won't take cash deposits. My second complaint is that I feel this Bank should open at least by 8am not 9am. I'm always awake by 6:30am and I have to wait two and a half hours to handle some banking needs. Ehh

Their manager (the shorter one) is extremely rude and unprofessional. BE AWARE, one of the tellers would steal from you if you're not paying attention. Made a cash transaction but the teller gave me a receipt missing a ''0'', would not admit it when confronted, then later found out the rest of money at the desk, the manager was in cahoots with the teller, useless and would not apologize after the ''mistake'' was ''found''. It doesn't matter how much the money was, since they would not admit it, it was pretty much stealing from me at this point. Make sure you always check your transaction receipt if you're making a cash deposit!! Unprofessional and worst customer service, upper manager please do something if you're reading this.

Value your time? If so, I wouldn't recommend banking here. This "business center" B.o.a. never has more than 2 tellers, many times just one, equals always a wait. Friendly, they are, but typically I leave feeling agitated and sorry for these over worked tellers. P.s. I'm typing this while waiting in commercial drive thru line, I've been here 20 minutes now.

The worst customer service ever. Don't even go there. I was waiting for about 15 minutes with one cashier open. And an elderly lady behind me. Asked if they could please open another one the answer was " you could use automatic atm machine. " I said "I am not a client - just making a deposit". The answer? " nothing I can do."

So @BankOfAmerica has decided to make everyone's life miserable unless they use Machine or Internet. If I wanted an Internet site to conduct my Business Banking I would have opened an account with a real internet Bank.

If you are into retro this is the perfect place. I have heard about long lines in the bank branches in the past century but never experienced my self until I had to make a loan payment for a family member, I was left speechless, 1hr 47min to be exact, from 9:30 am till 11:17 ish and I'm guessing this is the norm, business as usual since none of us 15 clients in the branch was given an apology from BOA employees. If BOA was in competition with the DMV I would have suggested sitting chairs in the lobby accompanied with ticket system, but in this case stop being cheap on labor BOA, and hire some help for your busy branches while there are still some customer left.

As a recent "improvement" they now require electronic check in to your safe deposit box. That would be fine except that only personal bankers can do it. So now you have to wait until one is free. It used to be that the greeter or even a teller could sign you in. I do not think that they have the idea correct. They do not care about the convenience of their clients.

This branch is as bad as it could get. Unprofessional beyond believe. I do have an accent myself but holy s..t, the dude barely pronounced his name upon answering the phone,c'mon BOA. When I told him, I can't understand him, he got upset. Sorry lol, I have the same problem of being understood, at times but hey, I try!! He didn't, he hung up ... ok. I called back and got inform by the same guy( WHF really), that he is the only one on the duty, and he can't cash my money order. Am still laughing. No, seriously!!!
