The computer would not print my document. I told the associate and she just kind of looked at me went about her business. Never said anything else never tried to help. Pathetic.

I think this place is a great place for you to print the stuffs. BUT the only thing is: at the printing section were always so BUSY…. We customers would need more employees come out and HELP CUSTOMERS PLEASE. It will be MUCH appreciated and you will earn more customers. The gentleman was so nice but he can only has so much hands. Highly recommend this place.

Just poor customer service you guys really need a price sheet for flyers my wife and I waiting for 20 mins just standing there and no one asked us anything the manager came and asked the guy behind us and we were looked over seems to be very poor in social interactions

I do not have a problem with gay people. I believe in the pursuit of happiness. Having said that, an Office Depot employee complementing somebody while they're struggling with their zipper in the bathroom is not appropriate. If I was homophobic I would have filed a complaint on the spot. And I'm sure other people with different views would have done much worse.

Love this store, they always take wonderful care of me here and do such a wonderful job.
Today I had a rush project that needed to be completed, Oscar personally took care of it himself and did a fantastic job. He went above and beyond helping me meet my tight deadline. Oscar, you sir are a hero, thank you thank you thank you!

This location just lost my forever business with printing and copying. Not only with the automated system not send me a printing code despite two attempts, then new policies prevent the very sweet but completely inexperienced employee trying to help walk me through how to order it on their website. Had her call a manager to help me. Big mistake, probably the rudest woman I've ever encountered. So what should have been an errand that took me just a few minutes to take care of, took me 45 minutes in the store. Since when is it the best policy to eliminate all customer service from customer service. Won't be back

03/10/2024, I was not be able to setup my Hp printer to network because my poor technology and poor setup guide but the cashier boy was very helpful and the tech support took the time to demonstrate what needed to be done in simple term that we understand. I use to buy at Best Buy because is close to my house but after this bad experience with Best Buy , From now on I will go to Office Depot little extra mile but they got good discount. Thank you very much for your help I was able to connect my printer to a network. I’m 68 years old and poor technology.

The woman in charge of the printing services here was so unhelpful that I just left. Office depot, do you not train your employees in customer service anymore?? And she just left the poor girl in training alone with frustrated customers multiple times. I'll never use good location for anything more than buying a pen at best.

I always prefer this for office stationary or educational crafts, computer accessories, etc. It provided quality service and products. The place is well-organized and neat. You can use the online portal to order any stuff. It shows availability and provides a pickup and delivery facility. If you don't have a printer at home then you can visit this place to printout or scanning. Also, you can provide print to the online portal. The staff is cooperative and friendly to resolve all your concerns and questions. Ample space for parking. Not sure about the restroom facility.

I had the best experience at your Altamonte Springs store today. Matt was courteous helpful and kind 10 star service. We had a terrible experience at a competitive store 5 minutes from my house. You are 25 minutes away but worth the drive. I will never step foot in the other store again. You won my business and my family's business from now on ....kudos! ???

As, soon as we entered we were greeted with a smile from the Manager(Matt) of the store. Asked right away how he could help.This is such better treatment of your customers than your competitors up the street. ( Wes - at Staples in Apopka)Everyone here was knowledgeable and positive atmosphere. You’ve won our Family over . We won’t be going back to Staples again!
