So happy to have an Old Navy store in the Altamonte Mall. They are my go-to for casual clothes at a reasonable cost. Their staff are knowledgeable and very nice. Thank you.

This place is exceptional. The store is organized and the staff are super helpful. The general manager, Marco goes above and beyond and you can tell through his employees. You get great value for low cost. They carry clothes for the whole family.

Grabbed a pair of pants that didn’t have a tag and was asked to go grab a different pair for the cashier to scan (I worked at JcPenney for 3 years and would have NEVER asked the customer to do this) then was given the wrong pair of pants. Having never left the store, I assumed it wouldn’t be an issue exchanging them but I felt the cashier was implying I was trying to steal the pants I rightfully paid for. On top of all of this, the security tag was left on my pants that I bought to wear today on Thanksgiving and I had to rip the tag out leaving a hole in my new pants. I feel very disappointed with this store as I was very excited to shop here.

For those who have been around long enough in the area you'll recall that this location used to be Gap. It has been empty for a while, but now the Gap Inc empire has retaken the store under their Old Navy umbrella. The location is medium sized for the chain but has all of the regular things you'd expect to find. Given that it's newer, it is very clean and well organized. They have plenty of their seasonal merchandise out right now and staff was really helpful at the checkout. I'm generally a fan of this chain as they provide comfortable clothes at reasonable prices. Happy to see that something finally moved into this spot! Overall: A Happy for the new store in the mall and glad it's this chain!

Very big store. Everything was clean and extremely organized and great deals on shirts. I had a great time. Stephanie at the register was very polite. Great service from everyone.
