This company has been the title company involved in 2 wire transfer scams within the past year resulting in individuals losing over 1/2 million dollars. I would proceed with extreme caution if you were to use them or use another title company where these scams have not occurred. I do not want individuals to go through the pain of having this happen to them. Of note, the scam of the second transfer was at the Lauderdale by the Sea location.

I have been using them as my go to title company for many years. Love the helpfulness and professionalism. Staff is fantastic especially Jillian and no task is too difficult for them. Service is top notch!!
