I’m in here dropping off my business shirts and pants about every other week and am always greeted warmly by Jackie, Nancy and the other staff. I appreciate the texts letting me know my clothes are ready for pickup. Great quality service at a good price. Thank you !

Great little dry cleaner with a great system that texts you when your stuff is ready, allows you to pay online, even has little pictures of everything you get cleaned! Super friendly staff and clothes always come out great.

They are rude, and the lady at the front desk treat customers with a negative attitude when you're black. Don't even doubt that they are racist. "Black people" stay away from this place.

WITHIN AN HOUR of my posting the below, the owner called and bent over backwards to make the situation right. I am very impressed and will continue to go to Orchid Cleaners.Started out great. Several months of great service and clothes looked great. One shirt shrunk up nearly two sizes on its second or third time being there. No offer to reimburse for money paid to ruin the shirt, much less reimburse for shirt.Services: Clothes pressing

I have gone to quite a few cleaners in central florida - but have never found one that I completely trust like Orchid Cleaners. Now I will make the drive and not go to any other cleaner.
