On January 2nd, with excruciating pain in my arm, I went to the Emergency Room. After X-rays, The ER Doctor gave me medicines for my pain and a referral to the Orthopedic Specialist. On my way home, I called the orthopedics specialist's office, who did their best and booked me an appointment for January 11th. The orthopedic office informed me that for insurance billing purposes, besides the ER doctor’s referral, my primary doctor needed to send a referral to the orthopedic specialist, too. I called my primary Doctor, Gilberto Serrano's office, told them what was going on with my arm pain, and faxed the ER records. This “doctor” office (Orlando Physicians) didn’t send the referral to the Orthopedic specialist; when I called them and asked why, they said that the doctor's notes read: This patient has an upcoming appointment on January 22nd.He wanted me to lose my appointment with the Orthopedic specialist on January 11th and to wait in pain up to January 22nd so he could give me then the referral!Billing for my visit on January 22nd was more important than my well-being!Well, I missed the appointment with the Orthopedic specialist today, January 11th, because my primary doctor first wanted to invoice my insurance company for it.Dear Orlando Physicians and Doctor Gilberto Serrano, I do not trust you have my health or best interest in mind, so I just changed to Sanitas. Good luck with Orlando Physicians and Dr. Gilberto Serrano people, but if I were you, I would think very well before giving my health care to someone who has in mind the dollar sign first.

I had an appt yesterday at 11:15 did not get seen until 1:00. I told the Dr I needed refills on my meds that I have been getting from Dr. Lopez for 8 years and they lied and told me they sent them to the pharmacy. It has been 24 hours and 4 calls later I am still waiting for my meds to be sent. NEVER had any problems with Dr. Lopez and Stephen

I only gabe them a 1 because I couldn’t proceed if not so. My mom passed recently. I can’t not say it was there fault but the incomponent of the employees there is horrible the treatment they way they speak to you nobody is ever available, I tried to get a telemedicine visit but doctor was to busy for an appointment. The meds were never sent until 24 hours later. Dr. Bermudez was her doctor before and I can see and understand why he left.. if possible do not go there find your care somewhere else.

If you don’t speak Spanish steer away. Nikrumah Del Sol is the worst, she is misleading and dishonest. I asked for a refferal she pretended like she was going to give me 1, but I found out my service would need to be in house from front desk. Also front desk provided a fake email for their so called office manager Ida Bonilla. You have been warned, scheduled at your own risk.

I have been here for 2 years and have had a new doctor every time I had an appointment. My results for tests were not given to me when asked. Certian tests were not even seen on family physicians end.

At Orlando Family Physicians, they treat you with great kindness and respect. My Doctor Xavier Sanchez is the best! I arrived at his office at a very difficult time for me where I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer... since that moment Xavier has been my Doctor and more than a Doctor my friend... he has been attentive to my health and is willing to help me when I have needed it most. Thank you for your kindness and for being so dedicated to your profession.. You are the best.. DTB ???? always. I recommend this place 100% ??

This was the best appointment I had at this office since enrollment Feb 2022. Dr Khoury took extra time explaining my medical follow-up. I didn't understand this physician patient process and my medical issues make that even harder to understand. I feel much better than before. When you don't feel good everything can be overwhelming. Thank you for you understanding and explanation.

My first visit July 1st 2022It was a wonderful experience since I open the door.All administrative personnel and medical personnel are very empathic with patients and also knowledgeable in their field. They are there for the patients. I am extremely please with the way they conduct the clinic and treated the patients. I fully recommend this particular clinic.
