Blonde lady that was there was incredibly rude, as usual. Every time i go into this store all i do is see what they have for the brandy melville section (which is usually all a mess) and end up buying online after leaving due to the horrible customer service. Don’t waste your time. I don’t know if it is a requirement for working there to be disrespectful and petty, but it sure seems like it. Came in and left, never a hello or goodbye. Yet, a man left the store and she couldnt stop herself from waving bye at him, smile and everything. Maybe she lacks love in her life, it’s truly what the whole interaction made me think. Or maybe, instead, she is just one of those girls who can’t help but see rivality in every other girl they see no matter the age. Also the ac seems to not work well, it’s always incredibly hot there. Truly a laugh everytime i go in when at the mall, so baffling.

Big blonde lady that’s there everyday is rude as heck has no type of customer service but with every white girl she switches her tone but with me since I’m Hispanic she treats me differently and it’s obvious it’s disgusting

The worst customer service ever by the employees. On Aug13, 2024 around 6:30 pm a Hispanc female worker was so rude and condescending and to the point my daughter was crying. She wouldn't give her name, not her managers name and wouldn't bring a manager over. She said they were not required to give their name or a manager's name. She said it was company policy that she didn't have to do any of those things. She said these things very loudly so other customers could hear. She acted like we weren't there and didn't want to be bothered. I spoke with Sarah the store manager this morning. She didn’t care at all. She listened quickly and hung up. Never once an apology and only made excuses. I'm very disappointed in the type of treatment they give to customers. i will never shop here again .

Had a fantastic experience with the staff here. Had a complication with a transaction, and the worker Bella helped me out tremendously and was VERY patient with me. Will definitely be coming back!

The two girls that were working there on 4/30/24 we’re extremely rude, as I was sifting through the options of clothing material one of them made an underhanded comment stating “of course they’re going to pick up every shirt on the rack” and huffed and puffed. Upon asking for her name, she asked “for what?” In which I stated that I was looking to leave a review, she refused to give me her name and told me to call customer support. Will never shop here again with that attitude.

One employee was nonstop throwing the F word around. I was checking out and she walked up to the person who was checking me out and said you gotta be F kidding me…. She did not care that she was cursing the entire time. I was honestly shocked, not that I don’t curse but geez right in front of customers and the store was full. When I came in the whole staff were standing around taking, nobody said hello and like I said I just kept hearing many curse words. I wouldn’t be going there again but unfortunately they forgot to put a hoodie that I paid for in my bag at check out so now I have to go back there. Terrible staff!

Looking at the recent review , i'm appalled … i personally really like the “asian girl” …. maybe we shouldn’t address races when writing a review … she was very helpful in finding me a cute outfit , she definitely knows what she’s talking about .

Such rude staff. No one welcomes you or in or treats you with kindness. Made me not want to buy anything. Asian girl should not work here if she hates her job. Rude response to nice question for no reason. The blonde cashier was the only normal person so thank you.

I went to return a pair of jeans because they were ripped (not intentionally). My son bought it on November, every time that he used them, a new hole come up. We repaired the jean, but keeps getting ripped. The manager denied to refund the money or exchange them for a new one, she denied to provide her name, not empathy, just keep saying "Im sorry". Worst customer services!!!!!!A paid of jeans that cost almost $50 in the trash, by the way the other pair of jeans that my son bought on the same day they're fine. So, it wasn't my son fault!

Bella was amazing so nice I asked to put something she did, I showed up wen it closed but wen I called back she remembered who I was and still was very nice and kept the same energy wen seeing me with enthusiasm and was super helpful, ima call that manager to give her a raise if not ima find her a job that’s better paying u deserve it Bella
