I’ve had a rude encounter before but it changed this past visit with the worker named Sesi. She made my visit so smooth, she helped us with so many puppy and cat questions whose been having issues & was very Knowledgeable on the subject, assured us on the policy to feel at ease trying different recommendations. She didn’t rush us & you can tell she’s passionate about her job & helping people know more about how to cater to their pets.
She also mentioned to us about something called VCP that no one has ever mentioned to us before to help our buying experience & save money so we can try more things. This will be our designated Petco from now on because of Sesi. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. She has the best customer service I’ve ever had.

I thought it was a friendlier environment. A lady told us, “Sir, stop,” just because I was chasing my little sister in the store. I guess walking faster than usual in the store is a really bad thing. The employee wasn’t that rude, but I don’t see the need to be so bitter. I’d rather stay at PetSmart.

If I could give zero stars I would. I just picked up my dog from the Petco groomer and upon further examination realized that the Ashley whom I tipped cut my dog’s tail. She didn’t mention that she cut my dog when I picked him up. I called the store manager on-call Evan who was no help, I was told to call back Sunday/Monday. This is the second time I’ve brought a dog to this particular location and a new groomer has cut my dog’s tail.

I took my dog there for Grooming with Brittany. She was rude to him and hurt his back leg. I filed a complaint and they kicked me out of all Petco grooming services for my complaint. They told me that no Petco grooming can take him because they are "scared of a liability".
They are trying to cover it up and pretend like my King Charles Cavalier Spaniel is "difficult to groom due to being uncooperative" but I have never heard a complaint about his behavior ever before. They usually only tell me how much of a good dog he was.
If you take your dog to grooming services there, please be aware that if anything happens to your dog that they will not stand up for your dog. They will instead protect themselves and their groomers only.
