“Thank you to all the staff at Altamonte Pharmacy1 Quite the gem of a pharmacy, where I feel recognized and understood as a customer. That kind of value takes the stress out of getting medication.
We have been getting medication for my young daughter for over the last 2 years and have recently transferred my prescription from the major Walgreens chain after I realized that the service and consultation Altamonte Pharmacy provides were far superior. Whenever I walk in, they know exactly what I'm there for and very attentive to my health needs. I definitely don't feel like a number!
Sangeeta, Shivani, Leo (trying to remember all your names) and staff are very professional and very helpful. I realized having choice in your pharmacy is a real thing and highly recommend to those unhappy with their current provicer to consider making a move to Altamonte, especially, if you aren't able to recognize your pharmacist.
Their attention to detail and level of service is what keeps our family happy!”

Not likely to ever be described as a frugal grocery; but things like the wonderful bakery; deli and fresh produce are worth it IF you can afford it...and I know that's a big IF these days.”
“I have been coming to the Dutch Elm location for about 16 years. Justin is amazing and made driving the extra few miles worth it. He always greets me with a warm smile and he has remembered my name from the beginning. I highly recommend this pharmacy and wish others were more like the staff at this location.”

“Started going here when my new PCP sent my prescriptions here in November and I have been happy since. My meds are always on time and it never takes hours to have them filled.”
“The staff is friendly and professional.Excellent service. I like the pharmacy's hours because they stay open later than other Walgreens. Most other Walgreens near me close at 5:00 p.m. this one stays open later so that I can leave work and get my medication. Unfortunately they can't stop the homeless people that constantly come askibg for money outside the front door. They live at the two hotels behind the pharmacy and then come over to ask people for money. The best thing to do is just tell them you don't carry cash You only use credit cards and then they leave you alone.”
“I have never had any issues with this pharmacy. They make eye contact with me and say hello. Will be right with you as soon as I walk up. They always answer the phone and even call me back if I ask them to do so. This is my favorite pharmacy.”
“Just got my Vericella Vaccine. I was quite nervous but the gentleman, Kyle, was reassuring and did an amazing job! I didn't feel a thing! He's helped me with the online application process and answered my questions, he's very knowledgeable on what he does. Kyle is amazing! Thank you for the good work!”
“They get everything right. Easygoing and pleasant staffers, always getting every prescription correct with very few exceptions. Over the years I have come to depend on them and I think the value of the Costco discount is amazing because it is off and below my copay.
The only limiting thing here is the hours and that's just something that has to be worked with considering that it is Costco and not a 7-day a week pharmacy. If you can work with that then you'll find this is the best pharmacy in town, in my opinion.”
“Switched from CVS to Publix a couple of years ago even though the CVS is much closer and have never looked back. Prescriptions as a whole have been cheaper, the pharmacy itself is easier to reach, prescriptions are filled on a more timely basis, they always have what I need in stock, and the people have always been helpful and nice. I take meds for high blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar - plus allergy meds - and Ozempic. On average Publix has been cheaper then the 90 day mail order prescription service my insurance wants me to use even after the higher copay for not going through them. Heck when I first started using them there was no charge for most of meds but that has since changed. I have no complaints. Thanks Publix!”

“This particular Publix is located in Altamonte Springs, Florida and is definitely a great supermarket to check out if you are in the general area and need to grab a few items. Publix has become the leading supermarket here in Florida and there is definitely good reason for this. They put a huge focus on customer service, they have a lot of great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals and we cannot forget their subs (affectionately called "Pub Subs"). I am originally from New Jersey and it is a bit strange to say that some of the area's better subs are from Publix, but it is true. My daughter was visiting from New Jersey and a sub from Publix (which she did call a "Pub Sub") was one of the tastes of home that she was craving. My go-to sub here is usually their Italin sub or their roast beef sub and I wouod recommend upgrading to using the Boar's Head meat. This particular Publix location had a good overall vibe and I would definitely recommend a visit here.”
“My review is based off no interaction with the pharmacy. I have ordered photo prints a few times and shopped at this location. The cashier and photo staff are always quick and polite. The reason for 4 and not 5 stars is pricing and variety of some items. As all other Walgreens locations it is expensive for OTC medicine, personal care items and just about everything they sell. This location has easy parking and the store is clean.”
“I want to share how amazing Mya was at Walgreens! She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional while taking passport photos for my very energetic toddler who does not like to stand still. Anyone who has tried to get a passport picture for a little one knows how challenging it can be, but Mya handled everything with such calmness and a positive. Thanks to her patience and dedication, we were able to get the perfect photo. I truly appreciate her outstanding customer service and the care she showed. Walgreens is lucky to have someone like Mya on their team!”
“The pharmacy staff at this CVS is always very kind and helpful even though it is a very busy spot and they are usually understaffed. One of the techs suggested I run my script through a coupon card instead of my insurance, because it was out of my price range, and because of it I was able to afford it without having to go somewhere else to get the script cheaper.”
“I was stung by a wasp inside of this Walgreens store and the manager (Asian guy I believe his name is Loi? sorry if I spelled his name wrong) immediately helped me and got me some sting kill medication for my arm as it was swelling immediately. I thank him for his prompt response and asking if I needed an EMT in case I got into anaphylactic shock. I am fine thank goodness. Thank you again!”

“Best store of them all. Local favorite, especially because of the Best customer service. My receipt is often close to 300 dollars when I shop for groceries here. Customers are feeling the pinch. Publix should offer more sales and discounts than the currently do. People are starting to shop elsewhere. I see a lot of the same Publix customers that I don't see as often anymore (because I go to publix multiple times per week) in Walmart, windixie and at Aldi's. People are seeking cheaper options.”
