Really happy with my experience here. The staff was great and so helpful signing me up. The facility is clean and straightforward, the machines are kept well and I never experienced horrible crowds. I was also able to cancel without any hassle, and I only did so because I’m moving away where there are no locations. Otherwise, I’d definitely stay a member. The only thing I wish this location had is a red light therapy machine in the black card spa. I could never easily make it to the Apopka location to try it and meanwhile I never saw anyone use the tanning beds. Overall, five stars for great staff and a great facility!

It's smaller than the other locations, but the staff is friendly and the facility is well-maintained. I just wish they had a massage lounge.

Staff is nice. Gym is clean. But it’s horrible how it closes earlier/more often than any other planet fitness in central Florida basically. typically have to drive further to another open gym.

It’s a larger PF with red light therapy, 30 minute workout, new equipment, clean, not over run with teens, amazing staff that’s actually working behind the desk. WONDERFUL!

I came in to sign up and become a member, During the sign-up process, I had to use the restroom really bad and I asked to use the restroom and they told me that I could not until I became a Full member, I stood there dancing around until I couldn’t take it anymore and I had to leave the two girls at the desk were very rude and disrespectful and I believe that I was very much stereotype because they did not think I was sincere about joining. do not come here if you expect fair treatment and not to be judged do not I repeat do not come here the two girls at the desk one was just I believe and I forget the other name but she was a manager I will repeat worst experience ever will not be joining.

I just joined and I am very impressed. All of the machines are basically brand new and they have doubles of most machines, so you’re not having to wait to use them. The front desk staff is always very friendly and they greet every single person who comes and goes from the gym. This is in contrast to other gyms that are staffed with individuals who are way too busy playing with their phones to even look up and acknowledge the guest.
Jessica is the individual who gave me a tour of the gym and signed me up. She was very kind and knowledgeable — she answered every single question that I had.
The entire gym and even the locker rooms are very clean. Plenty of cardio machines — an all around great gym.

Don't go here if your trying to do cardio. The fans blow directly on the cardio equipment. They also keep it freezing cold. The early morning staff are also extremely unhelpful.
