The staff is very friendly and the gym itself is clean, but the locker room bathrooms and showers are an entirely different story. The bathrooms are frequently out of hand soap, paper towels and toilet paper. The showers are not cleaned for DAYS. The same hair is the the drains for almost a week. There are not enough bottles of sanitizer for the number of showers and most bottles are almost empty every day. The disabled shower is out of order for days pretty much every other week. If you can, use a different club in the area.

Always clean, manager is amazing, the team always greet you and help you with any questions you may have. Location is also amazing because I can do errands right before or after getting to the gym!

I love that people just don't bother you. Folks are there to workout, not socialize. It means that I very rarely have to wait for a piece of equipment.There is an excellent variety of equipment and everything is in tip top shape. There are plenty of free weights available and multiple Smith machines.The group workouts are challenging and fun. The staff is welcoming, helpful, and non-judgmental.Locker room is good and roomy. Showers are so-so but clean, which is the important thing.

Very nice place to have a gym membership! They offer way too much at such a good price, that I'm not sure why anyone would get a membership anywhere else.

This location is one of my favorites as it has been entirely updated and all of the equipment, and I mean all, has been updated!Ken the Manager, and his staff are phenomenal people!I highly recommend this Planet Fitness location!

Management is phenomenal there always making you feel welcomed and if there's any issues, it's always resolved. And with the new doover with all brand new equipment, working out is better and easier than ever. Love this location

The start-up fee is what makes this a four-star review but the machines and locker room are organized and functional most of the time, the staff is also really nice. Edit: they just changed up the whole gym pretty cool, good time to get a subscription.

I’ve been going here for years and the staff has always been great and the equipment is just what I need. The place definitely lives up to the “no judgement” zone ethos it projects.

By far there are bigger locations like winter springs and Lee road. This location is small. It has all brand new equipment. Not a fan of the tilted/resistance smith machines. Staff is always pleasant and keeps the place clean. Bathrooms are clean.

The dirtiest showers, shower curtains and toilets I've seen from any planet fitness I've been to. I asked the worker how often the showers are cleaned and he said he doesn't know because he's only the overnight staff, as the cleaning equipment was right behind him.No changing rooms and some of the equipment is a little worn out but I don't mind that as much.

I've been going here for a well over a year and the experience has been decent at best. The VERY small and during peak hours gets very cramped. It's dark and almost dreary looking inside, very out of date. Most machines work as expected and are kept in good order with the occasional bench/pad being cracked IE the preacher curl machine. locker rooms are kept clean but again very outdated. Also seeing nails coming in from the ceiling isn't the most appealing. Never had any issues with staff or people who go here and for sure not a bad gym but could really use a facelift appearance wise or maybe a new location in Altamonte that's bigger.
