UGLY raggedy girls working there didn’t even take there time to go through the stuff. Raggedy clothing being sold store owner must be broke because they don’t like to take quality clothing.

I often visit the Sanford location so I wanted to come here so I could see different things. The whole vibe of the store is weird as it was dark, unorganized, and a bit messy and workers seemed to be in a mood. I picked up a pair of Nike athletic shorts that was in pretty rough condition and they were charging $14 which was pretty insane. Most of the selections were outdated and overpriced. I would definitely recommend going to the Sanford location as the staff is much nicer, have better selections, and more fair prices.

I’m pretty shocked at how incredibly rude the employees were here. Me and my wife came to drop off some stuff and I only got one word answers and walk-aways from the girls in here. They acted like customers are interrupting them when they are acting like middle schoolers in the corner talking.
I wish I could give this store 0/5. Yikes.

Pay out very little. Not really worth the hassle. I'd feel better just giving to goodwill. Then someone who needs it gets it, rather than these guys profit

If I could give this store 0/5 stars, I would. I have sold here multiple times and every single time I have been met with some unpleasant employee that acts like I have interrupted phone time. I can promise I have never seen a smile from any employee here. I genuinely do not understand it’s sad and makes this store very unlikable.

I had two bins full with clothes and shoes. And they didn’t take any of it. I don’t think they looked through the two full bins at all. It was good things and good shoes. I do not recommend coming here

I’ve been going to this Plato’s since Freshmen year of Highschool. And for the past few times I’ve tried to sell with them, they take nothing. I’ve totaled how much all my clothes that I brought in and it totaled $300. And you are telling me that all of them were out of style or not for that age group. I am 22 years old. I brought in Prada, super dry and a couple of other expensive name brands all brand new from 90s to now, and they took nothing. They have horrible attitudes and the cost that they flip these clothes for are ridiculous. Torn up and falling apart clothes they will triple and sell. But classy and chic items with life aren’t welcome. I also read another review where the lady said almost the exact thing and they pointed her into the direction of a “older”women's store. I wish any of you females up at that store would have said something like that to me.

They literally take nothing and I swear they don’t even look! I gave bags of clothes that were in current style no stains and literally a couple minutes later they said my stuff was ready and had chosen to pair of shoes. My stuff was still folded how I left it. So they just look at one or two items and judge it all by that?! Worst experience ever. I asked how out of 100 things they took zero clothes and they just kept repeating recited lines “it just wasn’t what we were looking for” I don’t understand- brand new O’Neill denim short shorts are not in style? I asked what was not in style about them and they just kept repeating it’s just not what we are looking for. I won’t sell there anymore I’d rather donate to goodwill or a friend.

They are very picky with buying clothes and purses. They won’t even buy name brands like Kate Spade unless it’s from their newer/current selection and only buys things that are supposedly currently trendy for teenagers. Also their things are pretty pricey for a consignment store.
