The experience I had is completely unacceptable. Customers are misled with unreasonable practices, and I was told that if I did not move to another unit of the same size, my rent would be increased. This is entirely nonsensical, as the only consequence of choosing not to move is simply a rent increase. I cannot recommend this place under any circumstances. Highly misleading.

The worst public storage facility I’ve ever seen! Property manager is fully aware & states all his units are like this! I wasn’t shown or told the unit looked or was damage! After taking payment I view & it is not suitable for anyone’s belongings! I requested a refund Sam stated I lost $29 administration fee! So I was ripped off for my money!
