I had a great experience at Public Storage thanks to Ronda at the front desk. She was incredibly friendly, witty, and had a great sense of humor that made the whole process quick and enjoyable. It’s not often you walk into a storage facility and leave smiling, but Ronda made that happen. She was professional, helpful, and made everything easy to understand. Excellent customer service from someone who clearly enjoys what she does!

Kudos to Ken, Manager at the facility on Central Parkway in Altamonte Springs. I have to say that my experience w/ him has been nothing short of excellent!!!! From his stellar customer service. To his professionalism. To his timely return courtesy calls. To his always greeting me w/a hello & a welcomed smile!

I’m very happy with the outstanding customer service provided by Ken on 4/19/25. Moving is such a stressful time, so many things to think about. Seems everything runs through your head at the same time.
I appreciate his patience and willingness to help me find the right unit.
The units are in a great location with easy gated access and monitored security

Ken who represents Public Storage at this facility is FANTASTIC; professional, personable, extremely attentive, actually CARES about people and his job - that's hard to fine anywhere. He excels in his job and in my opinion is responsible alone for the success of this property location. He's very accurate with his information and we're very glad he's in management at this facility. Nice going, Ken... thanks for all you do, kudos!!!
However (and not Ken's fault), Public Storage REALLY needs to review their pricing and Customer Service program... NOT GOOD! Their rates are all over the place (after you've signed up), adding charges to your bill at random, no explanation and no one who cares to talk to you, discuss & rectify. Definitely not good, not right, not professional at all. We vacated the unit, FOR GOOD. Never again!

Ken was so helpful- he explained all my options clearly and concisely. He was patient and worked with me to help me make a much-needed transfer. He was able to help me understand how to best use these facilities. I remain very pleased.
