Sue, is a true professional! I was in need of a specific type of unit, that I had been in search of, for the past 4 days. After understanding what I was looking for she went well beyond what most are willing to due! She didn't just say "I'm sorry, we don't have the availability." She got online and picked up the phone and did the leg work that I couldn't do. She found the diamond in the rough for me and I was finally able to smile, relax, and stop the hunt for this specific type unit! She made the process so pleasant and I would recommend renting units from Sue if you are looking for a great experience. People are what make the difference and in this case, Sue deserves the praise! Thank you Sue! You really came through for me!

Property manager never answers phone, I keep calling and seems like my personal number is blocked because the calls won't go through so I had to call from *67 for my call to actually go through and be taken to the main menu. Despite that, still no answer. I have called at different times just in case they are busy but have left voicemails and haven't gotten a call or an email back.

I had the pleasure of experiencing the Amazing custom service of Sue Kim . She was very knowledgeable and friendly and made my rental experience so easy.. I would recommend this public storage for the ease of rental and cleanliness of the entire facility..

This location is great Sue is a wonderful Manager. Love that the facility is very clean and well maintained. Remote Gate access using the phone app. Climate controlled units, safe and friendly staff always willing to help.

This is a very clean and efficient storage place. Management is nice and very helpful. Today, Dan, and maintenance staff person was so helpful! He even lifted something in the car for us! He could not have been nicer! Our Public Storage facility is on 434 in Altamonte Springs.
