Worst management and staff. Service is terrible at this location and when I brought my issue to management's attention I felt very dismissed. I literally live right behind this location and now will be going across 436 to the other. You and your employees need to do better ! Garbage people that you have running this store. Guess by all the reviews saying the same, I'm not wrong. You as a corporate office need to change the staff in this store . I will not be back and you are lucky to have my business at your other location but that relationship is now fragile

Everyone I know goes to Publix for the customer service, definitely not the prices, well the customer service here sucks, especially the ramen and poke bowl stand, the Dude with Glasses is slow, and it's Everytime, the pharmacy is slow, I shouldn't have to wait 20 min to get my meds after I get a text saying it's ready.

This particular Publix is located in Altamonte Springs, Florida and is definitely a great supermarket to check out if you are in the general area and need to grab a few items. Publix has become the leading supermarket here in Florida and there is definitely good reason for this. They put a huge focus on customer service, they have a lot of great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals and we cannot forget their subs (affectionately called "Pub Subs"). I am originally from New Jersey and it is a bit strange to say that some of the area's better subs are from Publix, but it is true. My daughter was visiting from New Jersey and a sub from Publix (which she did call a "Pub Sub") was one of the tastes of home that she was craving. My go-to sub here is usually their Italin sub or their roast beef sub and I wouod recommend upgrading to using the Boar's Head meat. This particular Publix location had a good overall vibe and I would definitely recommend a visit here.

Wow, pricing error led me to having to run back myself and while the person adjusted what I had to run back for told me I didn't scan something... basically accusing me of trying to steal right in front of them when they were next to me when I scanned it. Customer service has always been and continues to be trash here.

Travelling in the area on vacation and needed a couple few things. Store was clean and rather spacious. Plenty of cashiers were on hand so there was minimal to no wait to check out. Overall the store felt very clean. I liked this location and if I find myself locally again, I'd shop here for sure!

Not the place to stop in for a quick meal to go. No sushi sold at this store and the ice machine is broken for months on end.

Debbie and Katie are amazing at customer service. Felt so great with how friendly they are. Made an amazing Greek sub even since they took it off the menu. So clean and nice here. Definitely deserves 6 stars

This is 100% based on the Publix subs... if you are not from FL and never had one then do yourself a favor and go get one. I would open a Publix sub franchise if I could. Ultimate, Havana or chicken tender sub are my go to options.

This was my first time ever seeing a Publix with the Asian kitchen in the deli. Majority just sell sushi but this one had ramen!

VERY VERY rude employees and it's sad that Publix has hired such rude employees to work with and for their pharmacist. Not only did Jason chomp his gum in my face and was very unhelpful as the lady who called me today to let me know that my insurance isn't covering the over the counter which is crazy to me that you guys can't even find alternatives that won't charge your customers knowing they have insurance, I've even had pharmacist look for and use or ask if I had a good rx in the past so it's the customer service at this location. VERY POOR AND UNEXCUSABLE.

I am astounded there are seven Publix storeswithin a 15 minute drive from this store. There is even a huge Publix store right across the street.I have watched this maldistribution evolve over the past twenty years. The politics and corporate process needs more thoughtful analysis. The supermarket is the center of any community. More equitable distribution of Publix stores is an important factor in the growthof local Florida economies. Grocery deserts candestroy communities, especially in this currenteconomy and pandemic.Kudos for availability of recycling for foam traysand plastic bags. As a side note, May is Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month. EveryPublix has been a respectful and safe environmentfor this Asian shopper. Costco has a lot to learn.

in general, this is a quality operation. well stocked, helpful staff and a fabulous clearance rack. the deli has sandwiches to go. the sale one may vary. the urban ones are more compact than the burbs. remember to check the web site for store events and such.

I have been in store a few times as a customer and a few times as a vendor for Pepsi, and I have to say it's a pretty good Publix. Like most Publix's you can always find the great buy one get one deals and always get that awesome customer service that Publix is known for which is great. One cool thing about this Publix is that they have Poke Bar which I heard was a delicious meal. The few managers I have run into are very nice and always ready to help in way they can.
