I love Publix, it is by far my favorite grocery store since moving to Florida, mostly because of their amazing bakery, hot, ready-made food such as their Sweet Potato Fries, Mac N' Cheese, and Potato Wedges, but most of all, I love Publix Subs! They are made to order, footlong and 6 inch on a variety of bread choices (toasted or not), several delicious cheeses, fresh veggies, lunch meats, dressings, seasonings, and my absolute favorite is the Chicken Tender Sub. If you haven't tried it, make sure you do! They also offer chips, sides of dressings, soup, and a self-serve Soda Fountain to make your meal. This particular Publix left a few things to be desired, unfortunately. First of all, it is by far one of the smaller stores that I have yet to visit. In addition, the produce department was over picked and most items were of significantly lower quality and freshness than I have been used to seeing at other locations.Lastly, Publix as a whole really needs to create a better membership/loyalty program. Now, I am not saying they don't have one, it's just not up to par with the other grocery stores who offer monthly membership plans for free delivery, the ability to use Food Stamps on their app and website for pickup or delivery, extra bonus features such as points for buying certain products, taking surveys, leaving product reviews, and referrals to their programs. In addition, most of the stores competing with Publix also offer digital coupons, early access to sales/clearances, weekly newsletters which often include promotional codes to receive discounts on your orders or for additional items. Lastly, and this goes for most stores with memberships and rewards programs today, they offer additional incentives for your loyalty and business by including free or discounted services such as subscriptions to TV streaming channels, music app subscriptions, or the ability to obtain free trials of various apps, ride-sharing, and travel programs. I think Publix in general has a long way to go as far as their customer loyalty, rewards, and membership options. As of now, it just doesn't make sense to shop at Publix when I can save so much time and money, not to mention the ability for free delivery and the use of government benefits like food stamps, by shopping at other retailers.I have missed the subs and the bakery, however!

Title: A Shift in Service Quality at Publix PharmacyHaving been a long-standing customer of Publix Pharmacy, I have always admired their commitment to providing exceptional service. However, I have noticed a marked change in the atmosphere and service delivery recently, coinciding with a change in their pharmacist personnel. The new pharmacist, unfortunately, has a demeanor that could be improved upon. Their approach has often come across as brusque and confrontational, which stands in stark contrast to the congenial atmosphere I had come to associate with Publix Pharmacy. Interactions have become less pleasant, making the overall experience less than satisfactory.Furthermore, the pharmacy technicians seem to be less attentive than they were in the past. I have felt overlooked on numerous occasions, leading to lengthy waits for prescriptions. This lack of attention to customers could benefit from significant improvement. It appears that some restructuring in their management might rectify these issues. A focus on customer service training and fostering a more welcoming environment would be beneficial. I believe in Publix Pharmacy's ability to turn things around, as they have a history of superior service. I am hopeful that they take these constructive criticisms on board and strive to reclaim their reputation for top-notch customer care.

Most pharmacy staff has been awful while working with them over the past year. We only got stuck with this location because they messed up my husband’s medication transfer when we moved and sent it to the wrong store - since it’s controlled, they can’t move it anywhere else via their policy, so we’re forced to trek out of our way to a rude pharmacy that doesn’t process our meds properly half the time. Can’t wait to leave the location and Publix pharmacy itself.

Slow and rude. The pharmacy technician didn’t so much as acknowledge my existence for the first 11 minutes I was waiting (a simple “I’ll be with you shortly”would have gone a long way even if it wasn’t true). When the pharmacist arrived, she proceeded to assist me (albeit rudely) but stopped, mid pickup to discuss other issues with the tech. Leaving me waiting yet again. I was the only customer at the time and it still took almost a half hour to pick up a prescription while being made to feel like an annoyance every step of the way.

Horrible! You got two females working today both with ZERO personality! Acting like you are bothering them by being there. The white one is more interested in her disgusting fingernails than helping. The Asian one looks and acts extremely racist! No smile no telling you about meds your getting and when you ask she says the info is un there. Its obvious they are both overpaid non caring idiots!!!! Stay away from here because they are serious not qualified for to be in public helping people.

My favorite Publix in Orlando. The pharmacy is particularly amazing. They're helpful and friendly, more competent than my doctors office, and right next to the bakery.

DO NOT TRY GET A COVID BOOSTER HERE!The pharmacy staff makes what should be a simple process into a long complicated mess. They spend ridiculous amounts of time processing your insurance for a vaccine that is ultimately provided free of charge. There is no excuse for making multiple elderly people sit and wait for a long time to get a simple vaccine.

So I guess Publix no long cars about the pandemic. Customers walking around with NO MASK! employees wearing their mask under there nose or as a chin dipper. Publix made money off the pandemic and NOW no longer care!!! sad.

I stopped at Gateway Publix today to grab some food for my kids to get through the weekend, since I have been at the hospital with my husband who just had unexpected quadruple bypass surgery. As I went to the checkout I accidentally got in an express lane with 25 items, most of which were multiple of the same stuff. After I had placed about half of my stuff on the belt the cashier decides to loudly scold me about how "this is an express lane". I looked up in horror at the num

I came today 03/08/2021 for a second shot of a vaccine I was told by James that I needed to fill out some paper work and wait 40min... when I came back after 40min the girl working there told me that I couldn’t do the vaccine because they were pack until Wednesday with COVID vaccines appointments.... when I turned my face to see James again... he just told me “I’m sorry”..... I just wasted 55min waiting for something James knew I couldn’t do! What a horrible service

The pharmacy manager, Emad Yacoub, is amazing. So kind and caring! My elderly mom gets all her scripts there and our entire family uses this pharmacy now because of the polite and responsive staff. Like any pharmacy, they have their super busy times, but overall, very very impressed, especially with Emad!
