Publix is now in the new plaza and it's brand new, very pleasant and a clean store, though regular prices are still high, you can find good buys using the BOGO.

We went to the Hot Food section to pick up something for dinner, Derek was the one who was attending the hot food case. He was very polite and pointed out to us the Tender Meal Deal was on sale, we were considering getting a box of tenders but concerned about the price as money was limited. He also was patient as we had our five year old with us who was very rambunctious and kept pulling my attention away to keep her still. He was a great example of why we love Publix so much with the wonderful hospitality! We will definitely visit this location again even though it isn't our choice location.

Zero stars for the Jamestown Publix in Altamonte Springs at 981 SR 436. I have shopped at Publix all over the state for the last 30 years n this is the only Publix that chronically doesn't replace their inventory. It's not an issue of BOGO and being sold out...they simply have no one managing inventory. 2 to 3 days a week I go looking for the same items... certain that shipments are recieved and replaced...like Publix Macaroni Salad, Publix Toilet Paper, Sunchips Original, Thomas's Cinnomin Swirl Bagels....and week after week...they never have them... forcing me to go out of my way to Target. I have let the Manager know, and he couldn't believe how many things I said they didn't have. He actually pulled his phone out and verified that numerous things were out of stock including their brand items... but nothing changed. Publix is supposed to be where shopping is a pleasure...well chronically missing items and no one managing inventory is nothing but stress, a hassle and a waste of my time...forcing me to the competitor. I'm so over it...Im calling Corporate bc Management is sleeping on the job in the Deli and the Assistants who run the store! Pathetic
