Checked in from my car for an 850am appt. Received a message that said to come inside which I did and sat down. TV for appts. was not working. Sat there for 25 minutes before someone finally called me and she said she had already called me 4 times. I was sitting right at the doorway where they come out to call everyone. Nobody called me. After this I still had to wait another 30 minutes before I was complete. 1 hour it took me for this appointment. If this happens again I will find another provider.

I had to come up to the desk 40 minutes after my appointment. They claimed I was called four times on the sheet which I was not. The front desk lady agreed with me and was equally confused why they would put that since she saw me waiting the entire time. I did not go back and get my simple procedure done until it was 52 minutes past my appointment time. I was very upset since I made the appointment for the middle of my lunch break, I lost my lunch break and it ate into my working time. Truly an awful experience, the lady who did eventually help me was very nice and I can’t blame her for my experience.

The service was terrible. They don’t answer questions, and their attitude makes it clear they don’t care about their job. It’s better to go to Labcorp—there’s one in Altamonte Springs, and the staff there are actually nice.

The staff is always professional and kind. I never make an appointment and they always get me in at a reasonable wait time. Thank you for keeping the walk-in option available.

This Quest location was very convienant to get to and I was in and ou without an appointment in 10 minutes from start to finish. The care and attention of the tech was great as I have a phobia of needles and she made me feel comfortable and at ease.

I did not feel the needle pinch at all. Kelly and the front processor ( I can not remember her name tag) were amazing and lovely! Thank you for the help that early morning!

Horrible experience. The two front desk attendants were very rude and unhelpful. Worst customer experience I’ve seen in a long time. They wouldn’t even acknowledge me after standing in front of them then gave me attitude after finally asking me if I needed help. I will not be going back to this location since they have no respect for new patients.

Had an appointment at 8:50, checked in express with my ID, waited like 5-7 minutes and was called in. They found the test I pre-purchased, sent me to a room and I waited in the room no longer than 3 minutes. My phlebotomist answered my questions and knew what she was doing. Didn’t poke me to death or fish around for the vein, and done. Very satisfied with the visit.

I had an appt at 2:30, but I went to the wrong location- oops! So I checked in as a walk in and the next available time was 3pm- not bad! While it appeared to be busy, I was called back at 3 and Angie was very kind. I shared with her that needles make me nervous, so she made conversation to distract me from what she was doing- I never felt a thing! Thank you, Angie!
