Worst ever hotel there small insects running the head table near ur sleep also no sitting the lobby don’t know why stay inside ur room. But good breakfast.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The pool though was green for the entire duration of the 6 night stay. A clean pool is required when staying at any Florida hotel. But overall a nice hotel that needs to remain committed to all of the customers needs.

Pool was green and closed after we called to see if the pool would be open. They told me to go to another hotel, at 9 pm while I had to 2 kids because the pool was closed. Would not give us 4 towels, my kids used hands towels. HVAC did not cool the room down, beds were hard, pillows were flat. Check in took forever and they only checked me in for 1 night when we reserved 2, discovered in Saturday they only checked me in for Friday night. Furniture was broken. Horrible experience.

So amazing how helpful the front desk woman was when I locked my keys in my car and had to wait for the locksmith.

I always stay at this hotel when I visit Altamonte. Only giving it a 3 because pool was green the 4 days I visited. Sucks going to a hotel middle of summer and can't enjoy the pool. Was told they threw chemicals in but there's no way I was swimming in green water

Room was very clean, beds comfortable, no pimps/hoes visible near the lobby like some places. Breakfast was nothing special but not bad. For a couple night stay it was good. Would stay here again.

Not pleased, could not sleep on old, hard mattress, way too noisy, people slamming doors and inconsiderate at all hours of night, key card didn’t work, a/c was extremely loud. Not relaxing, couldn’t wait to go home.

Good place for an overnight stay. Room was clean enough. Had an old stale odor. In need of an update and remodel. Staff lovely. Decent complimentary breakfast. Great location.

I got the basic service, I’ve been there for four days, from Monday through Friday, I’ve got service on Wednesday, the room service lady was very nice but they didn’t give me enough towels for my needs, so far my room was clean there’s nothing to complain about except the fees that they charge me at the check in. That’s all I needed a clean room. Thank you 😊

Filthy, out dated tv, microwave, elevator, shower had black mold, pee on walls, floors disgusting. Bed felt like just springs no cushion
