(She's practically psychic/highly clairvoyant). She sold my former condo very quickly in a few months (even though we're in a buyers' market right now), after I found myself in a financial bind when my pay was cut after suffering a stroke. (After recovering for a year and a half, I went back to school for the first time in 10 years and got a new vocational degree).
