She sold my former condo very quickly in a few months (even though we're in a buyers' market right now), after I found myself in a financial bind when my pay was cut after suffering a stroke. (After recovering for a year and a half, I went back to school for the first time in 10 years and got a new vocational degree). I was not the most patient in this process, as selling a home was far more stressful to me than buying, but Kris was on top of everything from start to finish, as well as patient with me, never taking my frustrations personally (and yes, I was very apologetic). She took as many calls from me as she was able to, even late. Treated me for lunch when we started this process. Very knowledgeable and kind. 5 stars for being a good human.”
