Horrible experiences and unprofessional!I’ve never had to many issues when I go here I’m closing my account.Cashed and Deposit a check and when I told true Teller she asked a lady named Lori Sage I’d she knew who I was. Mind you Lori opened my savings account. How unprofessional was that question and better yet how is a senior relationship banker not know who I am when she opened up my account! Then the Teller said I couldn’t cash the check it had to be deposited straight to my account and I’ve never been told that always when I cash I go through third party. Then she had the nerve that I have to tell her that. Never seen this lady in my life while being a member of Regions Bank at this location. Two I went to figure out why my account was having an issue with what I just cashed the previous day. I was told I have to wait till Monday because the teller messed up don’t go here and open an account go elsewhere to many issues this was the last straw. Horrible customer service and care!

I am very upset that I have not seen Kyle Faulkner at my branch on SR 436 in Altamonte Springs, for 3 weeks. He has been taking care of me for several years. He is an excellent and outstanding representative of your bank and has given me excellent service through the years. What happened to him? I would like to know, please bring him back. No one at the branch has given an explanation of why he is not there. I am a longstanding customer with several accounts at Regions Bank and he has been one of the most knowledgeable and helpful bank employees I have ever dealt with. I really hope he comes back.

In a years time they have messed up my account twice. They double paid a bill that was both large and not even requested but the one time. When I tried to have them put the money back they said yes it's a bank error it will be fixed between 8 and 9 pm but the next morning it was still missing from my account. When I called back they said there is nothing they can do about it yes it is a bank error but they have to just wait and see if it ever posts or maybe it can just drop and the money will show up. What the hell kind of service is this. They mess up and I am supposed to just eat it, yeah I don't think so. Would not recommend Regions to anyone looking for a reliable honest bank.

I’ve banked with regions for 15 years. I closed my account last week because of poor experiences at this location (and many with corporate) and no one even asked me why I was leaving or anything. Certainly do not value customers

The people at the window are nice but they always take forever and the manager never helps. I don’t want to spend 30+ min at the bank every time I go.

I arrived at 1:55pm for my 2pm appointment. Mr. Klye Faulkner attended to me immediately. He was pleasant at the onset. I felt welcomed! He explained my options for a business account. He answered all of my questions without hesitation. I was very pleased with the various options he presented. He attentively listened to me express my needs. He addressed each of my concerns. I will be opening other business bank accounts with Regions, because of his professionalism and seasoned banking knowledge.

I closed my accounts today and the bank representative performed robotically. Her only question was are you having a nice day. She didn't care I was not returning ever again.I think she was a robot.

Very friendly staff.Tiffany helped me get new cards very quickly.They have handicapped parking and drive thru windows. Their ATM is located in the outside lane where the drive thru is.

Hello just wanted to write this review on my experience at the region bank altamonte Springs Fl. location I open a business account and during my process it was a bit scary cause I wanted to make sure that the bank would be able to deliver great services well needless to say my experience was far above my expectation it all started off with speaking with the Branch manager Mrs.Thomas who was so educated and knowledgeable about the various account that the bank offer she had put my mind at ease in choosing the right account for my business my next experience was with Lori sage I believe she is the financial advisor at the branch she was very friendly and very helpful and even the young Man I believe he was a bank teller he even knew my name as I approach the counter it gave me a warm and fuzzy feeling knowing that this branch show excellent customer service I’m very happy that I’ve chosen to come to this location and experience awesomenessthank youMKS

I came in 2 minutes before closing.. I felt terrible but needed to pay my bills on time. They were patient & had no problem assisting me with smiling faces! Asked them how to replace my card that was stolen and without hesitation replaced it in the same moment I was paying my dues. I can’t remember the lady or gentleman’s name but they were in drive thru at closing time Jan 4th 2022 - thank you for your kindness!
