I will have to stop coming unfortunately. I've been coming for almost 2 years with great experiences. The last few months, the finished product is horrible, my eyebrows are too thin and uneven. The service has been rude, I understand one day I came 10 minutes before closing but the lady was so rude and mentioned how I came close to closing.

had such a great experience at this eyebrow threading spot! Sreela was so kind and attentive, she really took her time to shape my brows perfectly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The service was professional, the pain was minimal, and there was no redness afterward. My brows have never looked better! This is definitely my new go-to place. Highly recommend!

I have been a regular customer at this place for like 3-4 years. And never had any complaints. Today I got my eyebrows done by Shehla and was very disappointed. One was thick while the other was too thin. I had her do my eyebrows in the past but this time she messed it up bad. Next time I would prefer someone else.

Will be nice if she heard want I wanted before doing. In inspite of telling I wanted a think eyebrows she made it thin. And then said I don't have an eyebrow line.

After so many years of coming here I finally decided this will be my last time. The ladies clean the area well, but they’re so inconsistent in the form of the brow. This is not the first time it’s happened.
I’m very picky with how I want them to look and very specific to what I ask… I literally said “do not touch the top part since I’m trying to grow them” - she still did and basically made the whole arch I already had disappear.
Maybe it was wrong of me to not stop her but I assumed she was going lightly to clean excess hair… assumed wrong. Made the whole experience worse when she tried to defend herself after I said I didn’t like them because she made them way too thin compared to how I came in. I’m so frustrated. Won’t be coming back.
