The place is a bit messy as in layout. It can use an upgrade on shelves and stuff. But, staff was amazing.

Terrible!!! I was robbed inside the store, they took my bag with my passport, $300.00, MYSTERY LICENSE, ETC. I asked them to help me search the store or see the images on the 300 cameras in the store, but they told me that "Only the cameras in the boxes" are on and that I won't be able to see them!!! I called the police and they demanded to see the cameras...they saw them and told me that there was a man following me in the store and when I took my bag out to see the size of a shirt he must have taken the bag....I WILL NEVER GO INTO THIS STORE AGAIN AND I ADVISE ALL BRAZILIANS TO BE CAREFUL IF YOU DO GO IN, BECAUSE IT MIGHT INCLUDE THE EMPLOYEES WHO ROBBED, THEIR ILL WILL TO HELP ME WAS LATENT....

I mean, twisted arrest, it didn't have exactly the selection I was looking for but did have some pretty cool stuff. I'm sure it seemed like females would have a better time at this place, or at least this particular location

I purchased an expensive cream at this store. When I got home and took everything out from the bag, the cream was not there. I went back to the store the next day. The manager and another lady went to the back and checked the video footage- they claimed the cashier put the cream into my bag. But I know she did not!!!
They did not let me see the video… I got lied to and robbed by Ross! I’ll never come to this store again!

This store has nothing and is always empty and is a waste of time visiting there. I know the store in other locations much better. Even the shelves are empty.
