Stopped in for a foundation color match. The store was busy but I waited only 5 minutes for assistance. Corey/Kori/Cory greeted me with a warm smile and asked pertinent questions to best help me with selection. She took her time to find a perfect match not only in color but also in texture, finish and what would work best with my skin type. I was impressed with her knowledge and ability to make me at ease! I decided to ask her for help choosing a concealer and under eye brightening cream and she was very helpful in those selections too. She didn’t try to upsell products I didn’t need and that made my experience even better than i expected.Cory is a great asset to this store and next time I shop here I will definitely ask for her!

Monai and Frankie are both really awesome. They have both given me great recommendations. I have received some not so great recommendations from other workers at this store so I will make sure to always look for them!! Great customer service from them!!!!

I went in on 1/17 at about 11am just wanting to do an exchange. I wanted to swap out a skincare product I bought online for a foundation. I wanted to try a new foundation and needed a shade match. No one greeted me. An employee said something to me after I was looking at this one foundation for about 20 minutes. She asked if I needed a shade match, I said yes. She said it would be about 5 minutes, I said no problem. After about 30 minutes, I realized I wasn’t getting that shade match so I went back over to the foundation to just guess my shade. After deciding that I’d be a light neutral, I look to grab one and they’re all sold out. I just went to the register to do the return and buy it online on my own time. I waited for about 10-15 minutes and the line didn’t move. There was one cashier with the same customer and there was two people in front of me and one person behind me. So 4 people in line and one cashier when there were multiple employees out on the floor. I just left and went to the Winter Park location. I was in and out of the winter park store within 5 minutes shade match done and exchange completed. Do yourself a favor and go to Winter Park!

I was in the store on January 2nd and despite the fact that with so many people and quite frankly chaos with how rude some of the patrons to the store were being every employee I interacted with was wonderful. All smiles willing to answer questions, giving out advice, and recommendations. Special mention to Danielle, Denise, and Justin to who help me all with individual task and product finds. They were absolutely amazing.

I have always loved this location because everyone in the pass has been so helpful and eager to help. I am not sure if it’s just the holidays and being busy.But today when I walked in it was really busy and every time I tried to flag someone down for help they sighed and had an attitude as if I was bothering them it was really an uncomfortable feeling. Even the red head manager had an attitude when I asked for help. I was literally about to leave the store until I saw a smiling face Shaunte who was a god send. And spent time with my sister and I and help us out. She was so patient and kind and made sure we had everything we needed before she left. The rest of the employees need to take notes on how to treat people during a busy time.

I’ve been trying to call this store since yesterday to verify the availability of a service before making a 40min drive and they never answer the phone. After waiting on hold for over 30mins the call just gets disconnected. SMH.

Ladies were all exceptional. Frankie was the first to help us she was so helpful and knowledgeable, so we decided to keep shopping then we met Faith, special shout out to Faith she is awesome, she was so sweet, funny and so patient with my teen daughter, answered all her questions and helped her pick out everything she needed. Definitely one of the best customer service we have received in a long time.

Evle, Justin, and Frankie all helped me find all the products I came in for and provided alternatives for the products out of stock. Justin & Evle both concealer matched me, Frankie helped me find a few skin care products. This was by far one of my most memorable shopping experiences at Sephora. This location is out of the way for me but I’ll def be back just for positive vibes and energy!
