Came into the bank today and was pleased to be helped by Dalia, she was patient with me and very clear and concise when describing the different options I could take. Definitely would recommend this branch to any friend!

By far the WORST bank branch I’ve ever dealt with. Worst customer service, worst machines, worst everything. My card randomly works in the ATM. I hate this place.

I came in sat down and not one person addressed me. After sitting for 10 minutes I got up and left. As a new customer it Nate’s Truist look really bad.

This little girl really told me I can count and put my money in the envelope myself....bihhh your job IS literally to count money and put it in the envelope. Won't be going back! I miss SunTrust cuz this merger is trash and all the extra stuff you gotta do to withdraw money...yall got 2 more times before I switch, but imma just try a different location first.

It is hard for me to watch how BB&T ruins my favorite Suntrust branch. Been to this branch for the past few years. Dalia is a 5 stars Suntrust employee. I've watched the BB&T people start to work in that branch at the beginning of the merge. Culturally, the BB&T staffs are sub-par. Customer service is poor and I do not feel welcome in the branch (except when served by Dalia, who is always doing an excellent job). Yesterday was my last time inside that branch and I will not go there again. I will be trying another branch that has better reviews. This is the last chance for BB&TTruist before I close my accounts and bank somewhere else.

I asked for my account number didn't end up getting it was told to go online they told me they're not allowed to tell me over the phone or online they told me to go back to the branch the branch is already close but it's on my God there I did the run around for nothing.

I hate this bank they make me pay fees for everything, I had to go to the bank couple of times before my card wasn't working! They had to verify my identity and they couldn't do it through the phone so I had to go to the bank again in two occasions and I just opened the account less than a year ago and a lotof bad thing have happened! Now I'm trying to close it!! Hope they don't make me pay more!
