The company severely underpays its employees while expecting them to take on far more work than their job descriptions entail. Rather than valuing their workers, Target prioritizes padding the pockets of team leads and ETLs, who get raises and recognition while the rest of us are overworked and ignored.
The Style Team, in particular, is treated terribly. Hours are constantly cut, yet we're still expected to cover multiple areas of the store, often doing the work of two or three people. Management doesn’t care about your well-being—you're just another number to them, easily replaceable if you burn out or quit. HR especially does not care about any concerns you have the only way to get them to actually do something is to go to corporate . Target does not care about its workers. have a nice day😇

Left store w/out merchandise; not going to this store, hopefully, ever.
No one wants to go into a physical store & have the friction (unnecessary id from a senior... for a candle lighter, expired (?) sale sign on shelving... not in effect at scan to pay).
Infuriating, aggravating, inane.

Trying to find the stock on an in store only item and no one is answering the calls at any of the departments, I tried guest services, electronics, grocery, no one. I guess I’ll have to shop elsewhere.

I've been using target pick up and most recently Starbucks since they throw it in your face. My Starbucks orders are never correct. Today my drink taste just like milk and they didn't line the cup with caramel which I paid an extra 70 cents for. My danish wasn't heated properly thru and was cold/hard. Don't order Starbucks with pick up

Was with my daughter looking for hair products. I ask the associate not once not twice but 3 times. She was just as friendly the first time as the last. Her name was Hanna. She was awesome. We live in a world where not many people understand customer service. Kudos to Hanna

The team members at this location are very attentive. We received great customer service at different points throughout the store. Pickup is very efficient. The cashier was extremely engaging and friendly.

This target is fairly clean and well staffed. The layout isn't too bad as for how the departments are organized. The checkout area is a little cramped but they have more registers open and staffed than most targets.
What I didn't like is all of the mobile kiosks in the aisles. Made everything seem cluttered and you have to wait in line to pass by someone if it's crowded.
Parking was OK, nothing out of the usual.

Nyvin was extremely rude when I asked where I could find the tupperware, and later on during my visit I saw him digging through the panties section and sniffing each one individually.

Oh Target...I enjoy browsing your selections, but please hire more cashiers. There's an elderly gentleman that I've seen many times at the checkouts. This morning I could sense his frustration as he called multiple times for backup. No one showed up to help him by the time I left! You have many stockers blocking the aisles - please move some of these to the registers during this busy shopping season.

We looked for 3 items. I did not find a small lamp that I liked for my desk, since they only had a couple of ordinary choices. The vitamin selections seemed sparse, and the ones they used to carry were unavailable. They did have the shampoo we wanted as advertised.

Stores are always clean and organized, team members are helpful, and unlike other big store shopping locations (cough *Wal-Mart* cough), no one acts like my being at their store and spending money is a significant inconvenience to their existence.

Please stop allowing spectrum employees to chase Me around the store every single time I’m trying to purchase something. I already have to avoid the electronics for the exact reason. The next time I’m asked who my internet provider is while I’m in the grocery aisle will be the last time I go into target.
