We worked with Christina on a bathroom that we were reconstructing. We felt lost in terms of types of tile to use, color schemes, etc. until she helped us pull that all together with some great education/advice. Helps to work with a professional. Thanks Christina!

I had so much fun working with Millie on my master bath reno! I walked into the store unsure where to start, and she patiently helped me grow confident and excited about the process (beyond just the materials). We began with my inspiration photo, but the design evolved beautifully thanks to Millie’s creativity and encouragement. She guided me in choosing high-quality materials that truly reflected my style and went above and beyond - helping with decisions even outside her scope (like vanities, mirrors, sconces) and teaching me about the entire process along the way. It felt like designing with a trusted friend who happened to be an expert. The store itself was spacious, well-organized, clean, and a pleasure to shop in. I also used one of The Tile Shop’s recommended vendors, GVS, and was extremely satisfied with their work. I’m already planning my next bathroom project with Millie and GVS.

Worked with Ms. Graves at the Tile Shop. Absolutely phenomenal service, responsive, communicative and excellent with helping to select materials for what I was going for. She was able to put together estimates and quotes in real time and worked with me to get to a good price. Highly recommend

Bought some beautiful tile from Christina. She took awhile to get around to seeing if we needed help, but then she made up for it. She was very patient, took her time with us and showed us everything we asked to see. She sent us home with some (expensive) samples and when we were ready to buy she was on vacation, but she told us that in advance and set us up with her boss. There was a little miscommunication regarding how much we needed, so we sweated it out a bit, hoping we had bought enough and we did. Unfortunately, they kept texting me telling me they’d ordered another box and recommended I come get it to be safe. It was expensive, and we were at the end of our project, so I really didn’t want to go get another full box of tile, but they kept pestering me to do so. Once we were done, they kept pestering me to do a review, and I had already said I would give them one but that they are on the bottom of the list of many reviews. If I didn’t have all the text messages from them, I would have given five stars. I get it, they’re in sales. But I was doing a huge (for me) renovation and reviews were just not my priority at that time.
Anyway, thanks for your help, Christina- you did great!

After visiting 3 big box stores for tile, I ended up at The Tile Shop and I’m so happy that I did. The selection and customer service are outstanding. Millie helped me find the perfect backsplash for my kitchen. I will never shop for tile anywhere else. Thank you!

I am SO thankful for Millie at the Tile Shop along our home renovation journey. She could not have been more thoughtful, attentive, engaged, and patient along this road to retiling showers and kitchen. She meets the overwhelm of renovations with compassion and advice; she was always willing to help in finding the best fit for price point and taste; and she even went to the extra effort of driving an extra box of tiles to my home at 8 PM after the company shipped the wrong tile for the project. She celebrated with us along the way and was always available for questions and concerns, making us feel that we weren't just another project, but a home she truly cared for. I am thankful for her expertise, her gentle and caring personality, and her support and advocacy along a crazy ride of remodeling. Highly recommend Millie and the team. Many thanks!

We love coming to the tile shop because the things that you come out are even better than what you were expecting. The best thing is is that you have an amazing expert on your hand to help you and support you along the way. We could not have done it without Millie who was not only personable. Was able to get things done and help us get everything we wanted and more. She also suggested to work with GVS who was also pretty amazing to install the tile. If you need projects done, you want something to look good. Go to Millie at the tile shop and then talk with GVS to get those installed. Nowadays you can't get contractors to call you back. They are very responsive, ready to support you and give you the best customer service out there. I have now been passing on not only Millie's name but George from GVS. Thanks for beautifying our home.

We have been working exclusively with Janette and she is wonderful. Very attentive, shows us the options of our specific criteria, offers us other possible options, and offers her opinions when asked.
She helped us select our backsplash and is now helping us with a fireplace hearth. She is always helpful, knowledgeable and always makes herself available. She responds quickly to texts and is a pleasure to work with.

I had been shopping around for tiles for a kitchen backsplash & wasn’t quite feeling it. We had been other places but couldn’t match up what we had in mind. Christina Teter was a delight to work with, showed us several options & I was finally getting excited to getting that project done. I would highly recommend The Tile Shop in Altamonte Springs - even if you’re not planning an immediate project, there is lots of eye candy to give you ideas for a future project. Ask for Christina.

Jannett and The Tile Shop were amazing to work with for my master bath remodel! She really helped walk us through on our selections, spent a lot of time with us, making us feel valued and even recommended a contractor for the job that worked out incredibly. Her communication and service were top notch. I am very grateful I went with the Tile Shop for my remodel. My bathroom came out so beautiful and I am beyond pleased.
