The older gentleman refused to notarize my signature on a European document because, as he said, “It's my rule; you can try another place.” I used to do business there and refer people to do business there as well, but not anymore.
I went to the next mall down on 434. It’s called GOLDEN VALUABLE TAX PREP.
Super nice lady, very knowledgeable.

The manager of this store didn’t scan one of my Amazon return codes and sent out two of my returns under one label. When I returned to the location and showed them the shipping label that clearly said they only scanned and sent one package instead of two, they refused to help me, stating “they don’t have a box to put it in”. Hey manager, I know, YOU ESSENTIALLY STOLE A RETURN FROM ME. Shipping is your job, how do you not scan a return barcode and ship out two separate packages with one label? If it’s one label per package, how did you send out my unscanned return? I’m under the belief that the manager probably took it home. Thanks for keeping me from my money. When I called up the manager Mike Bartell, he proceeded to yell at me over the phone. Unbelievable.

Posted hours on the door says open Saturday 9a-3p. It is currently 954am on Saturday and the door is locked and no one inside.

I’m extremely disappointed with UPS. I entrusted them with an important document, only to have my package lost. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of accountability and poor communication throughout the process. I expected a reliable service, but instead, I’ve been met with stress and inconvenience. Losing a package — especially one containing vital information — is unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice. This experience has completely shattered my trust in UPS.

This store is terrible and the two that work there are rude and only out for money. They also loose packages so hold on to your receipts.
I don’t think they have good reading comprehension.

Mike the manager at this location was absolutely wonderful. He went above and beyond to make sure that my shipment arrived in the best condition, in a timely manner, and with the least cost as possible based on everything that I needed to ship. I couldn't have asked for a better customer service experience. Thank you so much, Mike!

I have visited this ups store on several occasions and each time I’m greeted by the same employee. I wish I knew his name because he is the reason I continue to visit this location. He is so efficient, helpful and kind to everyone. I highly recommend this location.
