I went to Jackie for nine years when she owned Thrive fitness in Altamonte springs. She was always welcoming and made room for any changes I needed as far as scheduling. I recall her telling me she will personally set the weights each time for my workouts. I went diligently during those years and found the workout most effective. Though it’s been six years since I had to quit going due to moving away because of a divorce and no other fitness center quite like Thrive I had to let it go. Now my body reflects those settings Jackie made as my body is settling with age as well as not doing the workout any longer. Things are not as in portion due to weights were not in portion equally on both sides. I think I’m the only one who would notice. I would say pay attention and be careful who you trust.

My favourite place to workout! Such a great range of classes and an amazing support system from all the trainers. I always feel so comfortable and it’s so easy to ask for a hand thanks to the small class sizes! This place has also really made me gain confidence in the gym. So thankful I’ve gotten back into thrive ??

Such a comfortable and supportive environment, always getting pushed to improve yet also having options to suit your own needs, surrounded by beautiful trainers who are always enthusiastic and welcoming, could not recommend anywhere better!

Excellent gym. Excellent equipment, excellent approach to fitness with Super Slow designed for quick (20 min) workout that is safe & effective. Angela is very conscious & gives good nutrition advice besides the weight training.Highly recommend!

Thrive is such a special place that is welcoming and supportive of all fitness levels. I have never been a gym fan but I absolutely love it at Thrive and Katie is an absolute gem, who takes the time to get to know her clients. All the staff are very friendly and encourage you to be your best self

I love thrive fitness! there is something for everybody, at a time that suits everyone and any fitness level. all the instructors at thrive are so supportive and encouraging! at first I was nervous training with others other than Katie but I love every single instructor. and my favourite thing... a wide range of child friendly classes!

I've been working out at Thrive Fitness for 2 years. I like the attention to detail Jackie delivers with every one of my sessions. Thrive Fitness is a great fit for me for several reasons, my schedule is limited to time, so having a concentrated workout in a timely manner is key for me. I am so excited to have got to meet and work out with the owner of thrive fitness. I am a transplant patient and she was amazing helping me on my road to recovery. This gym is clean and not many gyms are. Jackie was knowledgeable in all areas that where where harder for me to do bc of the transplant. Great experience

Jackie is the best trainer I’ve ever worked with! As we age it’s important to keep our muscles active...twice a week, 20 minutes a session, and I remain as strong as I was 10 years ago? She really knows and understands strength building.
