“Yesterday, i made went to my 10am appointment with the firestone location 1 mile down the road and had a horrendous experience after making a 3 week advance appointment for 4 new tires and brakes. Tires not on hand, the agent should have said something, nothing i can do, providing an alternative at 2x the price (which may or may not arrive that day, mind you) the and all the feeble excuses one could deliver.Called florida discount tire in the parking lot and Mr. Syed arranges the tires i needed to be delivered that afternoon.Dropped off my jeep and they even replaced my brakes at short notice and all at a competitive price.Excellent customer service, great turnaround time, engaging conversation, humble approach and delivered as promised.A lousy beginning to a day of car servicing needs was erased and i was on my way.Thanks a million, Florida tire!Farron”

“My tires were really bad and I did not feel safe driving any more with them, so I called around but I struggled to get a quick appointment. I finally called tire kingdom and got an appointment and they price matched another quote I got from another company. However when I arrived at the location I was told they could not see me that day after I was clearly told on the phone that they could . They explained that I was talking to a call center and they only had two technicians on the floor and fully booked. I was extremely disappointed. However as we were sitting in the car trying to find another place Myles came out to say they will figure it out and squeeze us in. Customer service at its best. I almost wanted to cry I was so grateful to Myles at that moment and will never forget the compassion showed to me on this day. The price was reasonable and it was done with a great attitude even though it took them to complete after their closing time at 5 pm. So eternally grateful and will recommend this kind of business to anyone. I think they deserve a praise moment . Thankyou so much Myles and team.. you rock in my book”

“Generally, Costco is a great deal. Their private label items are usually good to great quality as well. The stores are somewhat all laid out the same, which is great. Plus, their cashiers are usually so efficient that even long lines go by quickly. Selection, as with any Costco, can be hit-and-miss. If you find something great you like, it might not be there the next time you are in the store. Parking at this particular store is dreadful. I know they are working on part of the lot so hopefully that concern will go away soon. The other thing I found a little odd here was the sales push near the front of the store. I believe it was for a mobile carrier? I had to say no to two different people. Sorry, if I was interested I would be asking about it.”

More impressive to me was the fact Javon called to explain a potential issue to be aware of and then mentioned he wouldn’t be able to get a quote yesterday since it was a Sunday and the dealership was closed, however advised us to call him the next day as he would get a quote for us.
