I went in already stressed and worried about my car, and from the moment I arrived, I was treated with genuine kindness, patience, and respect. A very special thank you to Teddy, who provided some of the kindest and most compassionate customer service I’ve ever experienced at an auto shop.

Teddy listened to what was going on, made sure my concerns were actually heard, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and safe getting back on the road. The technician did a great job on my brakes, and they even took care of my right headlight that had recently gone out and made sure my tires had air before I left. They noticed some additional tire concerns as well and made sure I knew what to keep an eye on without making me feel pressured or overwhelmed.

What really stood out to me was that I never felt like just another customer or another repair ticket. I genuinely felt like the people here cared about helping me and making sure my vehicle was safe. That kind of customer service is rare, especially when you’re already stressed about car problems.

And I have to mention the coffee while I waited! 😂☕ It may have been decaf, but it was still very much appreciated.

My car is driving and sounding SO much better, and I left feeling incredibly grateful for the entire experience. This is the kind of service that earns a loyal customer. I will absolutely be returning for the rest of the work my vehicle needs.
