However, after waiting for over two hours, he thanked me for my patience and offered a small discount. I believe he handles his responsibilities well. I recommend this store and its services for their reliability and good quality. Today, I visited the shop to get my oil changed. Anticipating a busy Saturday based on past experiences, I woke up early and arrived as the first customer, even though I hadn't slept enough. I surprised the manager, David, by waiting at the door at 7:01 am. His expression made me question if it was opening time. He confirmed that it was and sighed. And the words on my tongue were, "I can come back later if you want." David asked "What do you want?" to which I mentioned the illuminated sign led me to think I needed an oil change. He efficiently completed the job. As I was about to leave, I thanked him for his work despite catching him off guard. I wished him a wonderful day, to which he remarked that it was rare to see a customer so early on a Saturday. I explained it was the only time I could come before work, to which he replied that their shop existed for customers like me. In conclusion, I am grateful for the shop's early opening time, and thank you for Devon and David's service.”
