How have I known about T.J.Maxx and it's awesomeness till just a few years ago? I love what they have to offer. They have nice jewelry awesome body and hair care, as well as nice clothes, some home decor, and fun toys for the kids as well as somethings for the pets. 👍

This TJs is always packed to the gills with goods! I almost gave it one less star for how overwhelming it can be but they've increased their staff recently and often have all registers manned to move the line quickly. This is my go-to TJMaxx in the area.

I have been coming here for 2 years. The wait in line is outrageous. They always complain about being short staffed but are not hiring. Today I waited 24 min in line. Most of staff is grumpy and rude. Avoid this location!

I went this store to return a CK purse with the receipt, all tags and also full filling papers. The, lady her name tag says that she is store coordinator . She was very rude! When I show up as a client on her spot , I tried to nicely looked at her and with my smile. She Never looked at me, I said hi to her nicely and no response . After that I tried to explain about my return the purse which was never used! She didn’t accept my return. She told me it’s over 30 days, I asked her ok no problem please give me store credit, but she said no!
Please let me know is it ok? Is this a good customer care??
I just attached a refund policy here it says merchandise credit is okay if over 30 days from the purchase date!
What was wrong this lady , it’s really hard to understand! Now I don’t want to go this location again.

The checkout line is always insanely long since it’s the same checkout for TjMaxx and HomeGoods . It’s worth the time to drive to Altamonte.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this store. I bought a blouse that was displayed as a single piece, but when I tried to return it because it didn’t fit, they told me it was part of a set and couldn’t be accepted without the other piece—something I was never informed about at the time of purchase. The manager was rude and unprofessional, telling me it wasn’t their job to notify customers if an item was incomplete. It’s unacceptable that they don’t take responsibility for their own merchandise or the disorganization in their store.
On top of that, the way I was treated was terrible. The manager spoke to me in a condescending manner, with no intention of helping, as if the mistake was mine. I won’t be shopping here again.

Merchandise is fine - when you can get near it. Store is very messy, with boxes and racks always blocking the aisles, and fallen hangars left on the floor. The home goods and pet products areas in the rear of the store are the worst. I took a several month break from shopping here, but unfortunately a return trip last week showed nothing had changed!

I was at the tjmaxx in lake Mary and was looking for a product the manager there told me I could call the other near by store and see if they had it prior to driving there in vain. I thought that was a great idea given I was only looking for a single item. I called and a lady answered the phone and said “I can’t go shopping for you”. Absolutely horrendous given that another manager told me to call this winter park store. Horrible customer service. Fun fact, because of that I then applied for a tjmaxx credit card at the other store instead of the winter park store both me and my husband. Due to this horrible situation the winter park store lost out on two tjmaxx credit cards and will absolutely never shop there.
