Deangelo at the Altamonte Springs location was professional and attentive. I called to see if he could help us remove a piece of the charger that broke off in my son’s iPad and was stuck. He said sure bring it up and I will take a look at it. We only waited a few minutes and he had it out in seconds. Thank you Deangelo!! We will definitely be back if anything else breaks.
