TLTR: I had a service that was cancelled due to poor communication and the store did a great job of making everything right in the end.
I want to preface this post by saying I’m not crazy but I do really enjoy good customer service and a company that can fix their wrongdoing. That being said, I had made a make up service appointment 2 months ahead for my very good friends wedding. After making that appointment, I would often call to confirm that it could occur on the date and time I chose and needed. Fast forward to a few days before the appointment, I get a call from the make up artist saying she unfortunately could not do it that day as the website had her available when she was not. She then informed me that she had communicated with another make up artist that confirmed the time and service I needed and all was okay. Fast forward to the day of the appointment, I’m outside of Ulta knocking on the window(that’s how you’re supposed to let them know you have an appointment before they open)the manager opened the door to check on me and made me aware that no appointments are on the books for that morning. I was shocked and disheartened because time was ticking SOOO FAST and I needed to start something. The manager was very nice and was able to get someone(a benefit bar employee)to come in and help. Although time was extremely low at this point, the employee that was put in this situation did her absolute best while profusely apologizing(I am very appreciative of her) and she was able to finish and I was able to pay fast. I was late to the wedding BUT I want to point out that the manager did the best with what she could do in the situation, the employee called in was very willing to help and kind, and the following day when I gave feedback, the store operations manager was very happy to take the feedback and make things right.

Worse Ulta store within Orlando! Placed a few pick up orders and they cancelled all of them. You don’t have the items I ordered like literally every single one of them???

Such of beautiful store & great location,, BUT ,, every time we visit we have to wait on line , even do the store is NOT busy!! I hear women complaining of how long they been waiting, while other employees walk around and act like they’re busy!

My favorite experience is every interaction with their Clinique Representative, Michael. I have seen him be sweet, kind, helpful, friendly, and attentive with everyone he talks to. When it was my turn for a consultation he gave me the same treatment.
The store is lucky to have someone as knowledgeable and willing as he is and I hope they appreciate him greatly.
Thanks to him, I have been their customer for the past year and a half, and his good character has always been the same during all that time with everyone he's around.

I am an Uber Eats and Door Dash Delivery Driver. I had a 3 item Shop And Deliver order for a customer and I was struggling to find the items in the store. I asked two store employees for assistance and I was brushed off and ignored. It ended up taking me 30+ minutes to find all three items. Unprofessional! You've been warned about their horrific customer service. Thank me later.

There’s nothing more welcoming than an inclusive environment. I was hesitant of coming in as I never been into an Ulta. But the team made me feel super welcomed. Kayla did my brows and they came out amazing.

There was a time when going to Ulta was a fun experience. This location is the worse. There is no customer service whatsoever. The employees treat customers as if they don't matter. Just make a transaction and keep going. No smiles. No willingness to really assist. I'm a breast cancer survivor and I was looking forward to buying all new items to help make myself feel beautiful again but from this experience I wound up leaving with nothing.
