This is second time I'm having issues with priority mail delivery. Please stop giving inaccurate estimation of delivery. We can't use weather as reasons for everything when it doesn't even apply. Submitted domestic package 4/21 to post office Altamonte Springs destination Michigan, expected delivery 4/24/25. Made it to Chicago 4/25. 4/29 status is on transit to next destination that was the last update and apparently it's just transiting.

I frequent this location on a regular basis and the staff is always kind and willing to help. Glenn went out of his way to conduct research on a delayed package I had that was stuck in Miami. I really appreciated his efforts and customer service.

There was a mishap with my package that I urgently needed for a weekend event. Glenn C. a USPS worker went above and beyond for me to be able to get my package 15 minutes before his shift ended. I appreciate his work so much!!

This is a customer service praiseworthy post.
I went to the post office to figure out why I wasn’t getting any mail after moving in the area, and the gentleman, Glenn, who helped me sort it out was very helpful. I wasn’t expecting any kind of customer service, but Glenn went above and beyond to help me. I’m sure he’s underpaid for his hard work, but wanted to give him this shout out. Thank you!!

Every time our regular mailman is out, all hell breaks loose and there comes the lost packages, wrong mailbox, no pick ups, etc. Then trying to call the facility to inquire is like calling a radio station trying to win a prize, if someone answers, you've won! Customer service at the physical facility is sub par...some of worse ones are either gone to another facility or fired thankfully but they still need help here. So tired of having to raise issues of lost mail and package issues but it has to be done as I keep losing money!

Kim is TERRIBLE. Wouldn’t use my military id or voters registration as a form of id so I had to drive all the way home and came back just to pick up my package and the guy never even asked me for an id!! Kim needs to be retrained obviously. Smh.

For the last two months I've been back and forth between this post office and trying to track down my mail carrier on his route, just to get my mail! AFTER purchasing a new lock for$35, putting my mail on hold, and speaking to the mail carrier who assured me it would be done this week. There's no one to actually reach when I call and going in to speak to confused employees who scratch their head confused IS USELESS. At this point I wish I could just move out of this post office district or get my $35 back.
I have no access to my own mail that I paid for over TWO MONTHS ago, no key, no faith in my mail carrier and disgust for this post office branch. I hope the right eyes see this.

June 2024, I mailed a gift card to Tampa. Never receive it, never returned January, I mailed. Jan 2025, mailed a check to a sister that really needed it. It took 2 months to get to Ohio. Also in January, I mailed a birthday check to another sister also in Ohio.
That envelope has still not been received or returned. Opened claims on both.
The check to Columbus finally arrived after 6 weeks. The check mailed 1-22-25 to Cincinnati is still missing. There is most definitely something wrong at this location or within the Orlando service area.
And I would add with the entire USPS in general.
They are definitely failing.

It's sad that the PO closer to home does not have a kiosk, which I like to use whenever I need to ship out something but am doing it outside of business hours. It's a good 19-minute drive, so I tend to head up here and get a few things done while in the area as well. Lots of parking, ease to get in and out though sometimes you get stuck when the cars traveling through is busy.

All employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They make things easy. Yes it does get very busy sometimes but considering the amount of people, it’s actually going pretty fast.
