"My experience with the PO BOX service has been extremely disappointing. Despite having contracted the service last year, I never received any of my letters. Despite making claims on two occasions, I was not offered a satisfactory solution, resulting in the loss of important information and a significant loss of money. I expected a better level of service and customer care, but unfortunately, this was not the case. I hope that the service provider takes steps to improve its quality and customer care in the future."

will update if my tracking finally ever shows that my package is being mailed.**update, tracking finally showed 3 days later as finally being scanned in to mail 3 days after I dropped off the package.I dropped a box with tracking off on monday 11/27. It is now Wednesday 11/29 and it has still not been scanned in or tracked at this location. I know it was received because as I was dropping it in the after hour box at 7:15am there was someone actively transferring the packages out of said box into another shipping container. I had to apologize because I was trying to not let it hit him while I opened to put my package in. This is ridiculous that they can't do the job right...now it seems they will just tell me my package is lost even though I know it was received. When I sell something on Ebay the least thing I should be worrying about is if USPS is going to do their job correctly.....

No bad experience with the staff so far, in fact their service has been good but this is probably the 9nth time that i visit and either A. Their drop off area is completely full and there is no space to leave the package or B. They are out of most of the priority mail prepaid boxes so the trip is a waste of time. How in the world does that make any sense? Do they even want our business?

TERRIBLE!!! Systems are always down this is the SECOND time the systems were down trying do drop off birds to ship never again with this location!!!!!

I went here recently and a older gentleman with a beard I think Juan or Jon? But he was so helpful I honestly couldn’t believe it. He helped everyone in the office while I was there. I was mailing very fragile items and he helped decide the cheapest way to mail it and packed it while i wrote the slip. It was really top notch service. I was so pleased I made it a point and went back to mail something else. I definitely have been telling ppl to go here!

Wed.nov 15 1:30 pm went to purchase money order 2595.00 . He refused to do it until I filled out paper work(which should already been on file) he stated max was 2k not 3k. Because he didn't want to count money!

Everyone who works here is rude and disrespectful. Tried to get two strips of tape but if you aren’t shipping priority they can’t help you. Go to the one in Wekiva, they’re a lot nicer over there.

They never founded my returned package and no one wanted to held responsable for missing it. Even when it said it was received at there location, no one could explain what happened to it. One of the clerk just told me “you need to wait it will be delivery to you”and she just was so rude. She just didn’t care and didn’t even try ti be more proactive. The only advise given was “do a claim and in the system will marked as a missing package. IF it get to the missing office or building you may get your package returned, but I will not hope for it” what kind of explanation is that. However, there was one staff who gracefully try to help me, Mr. Glen you deserve the 5 stars for the best customer service and trying to figure out what happen with my package.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to USPS Representative Glen; to my mail carrier, (sorry I don't have his name) and to everyone at the Altamonte Springs, Montgomery Rd. location for their outstanding service each and everytime I have needed assistance. Not only are they highly professional and knowledgeable, they are extremely personable and sincere in helping any way they can. At a time when customer service seems to be a struggle for some businesses, this team sets the bar high and exceeds that as well. Thank you to all the hard working women and men at the USPS Altamonte Springs Montgomery Rd location and across the nation as well!

another comment about glen, I also received a really good customer service from him, even though it's not really his job to give customer service, he helped me track my package that seemed to be delayed and even called me back to give me an update, it was really nice to see that he does this with other people when i read that other review about him, anyway I just wanted to say that he needs a raise and some sort of reward for being so helpful and kind, thank you glen :)

The customer service here is phenomenal and they always are ready to help with any questions I have. Secondly regardless of the day they always have a smile on their face whilst providing top notch service which isn't something that always happens these days. I will always continue to use this as my mailing store.
