The worst post office in America. The ‘secure’ drop off box has been broken for over a year — you can reach in and take packages. They never stock common items like prepackaged boxes and postal slips in the lobby — out of everything. They never empty the dropoffs until last minute resulting in late packages. Terrible post office.

i was at post office the african american guy was working on front i aske him about the price of express mail and how long it takes to get deliver. he just ignore me and no answer. i asked him again what i was told was very nasty. he told me how long you are in america? you dont know how long express mail takes to get to destination? i dont know who hired this person in federal job. i dont let this guy disrespect me. i will start sending letter all over offices who is in charge of post officees in florida and seminole and orange county.he has to learn respect pepole which it will cost him his job. i am soory for altomante springs post office management team to have this guy on front desk which he represent that office.

I went this location to drop my temu package on Friday feb 7 at 10am and black men (his name vitro)that even he refused to gave me his correct spelling name,didnt accept my package cause he said you don’t have QR code!!and I try two time to Explain I always return with return label every where and nobody asked for QR code he said No!! I asked him Are you have different policy he didn’t answer and pick up the phone and on the speaker talking with his mother about her medicine and I waiting for him and when I asked him ok sir I will try different location but can I have your name ?he so so rude and unbelievable told me get out of my office you can’t do anything with me!!!!!this is really unbelievable and disappointed to working in united state postal office and have rude reaction with customer like that!!!! for sure I will follow up soon to the post office department too cause this was my second awful experience with this guy and some one need to stop him and train him How to talking with people and communicate politely

I went to this post office to ship my package and had the worst experience. 1pm on a Wednesday, there were no other customers so I was happy to be next in line. The guy they had working that day was on the phone taking a personal call and did not address me whatsoever. The phone was on speakerphone and he just kept asking the woman if she could fax something for him and she repeatedly kept trying to explain to him that she was not authorized to do so. Feeling very uncomfortable, I almost left to go to another post office but instead I stood in that post office for about 5 minutes of just waiting for him to get off the phone. When he finally did, he was obviously upset and greeted me in a way that made me feel like I was bothering him. I gave him the package and asked if he could please put the shipping label over this leftover sticker that I peeled off, to which he gave me attitude. Then, instead of putting the label on long way over the tear, he put it short way right in the middle so you can still see sticker tear on both sides. I was so upset. I've never had such a bad experience at the post office before and I will not be going back to this location.

I mailed a handmade Easter card to my grandson over two weeks ago. Nothing was in it. As of this date, April 11th, it has not been delivered. My granddaughters in Christmas, FL received theirs. In fact, cards that I sent to NY were delivered there within 3-4 days!

Terrible service from this man, he is the only one who attends there, unfortunately, I do not know his name, he is bald and dark, he is rude and disrespects Latino people, he seems racist, I did not like the service or the attention received from This man demanded a document from me that he did not have to present. I do not recommend this post office. Actually, I felt bad. He made fun of me out loud, speaking to the people who were waiting in line.??

3 times in 2 months they put vacant tag in my mailbox i work out of town sometimes for weeks at a time and haven't gotten any of my mail in a month I've taken my lease up here twice and talked and filled out a paper for the mailman today the paper he had me fill out was in my mailbox this is ridiculous dumbest place I've ever dealt with

They tried to deliver a mini in a mailbox, they said they couldn't fit it in the box because it was full. I would like to see a mailbox big enough to fit a mini fridge in it. Worst part is the drive past were it needed to go. Talk about LAZY.
