I have never been so angry at a vendor in my entire life!! I have been a customer with Verizon for well over 15 years!!! With that said, of course I trust them when I go to their store to purchase a device. I have 5 lines. 2 phones, 2 tablets and a Samsung watch. Last month I bought a Samsung tablet, the girl working for Verizon says, " would you like me to save you money each month on your bill." Of course I said yes. 2 weeks ago I noticed my bill was significantly higher. I went to a store in casselberry for a review and the person there said "why did you change your plan, it's unnecessary, you are paying higher on each device!" Well, I have since left Verizon for another carrier and I will NEVER deal with Verizon again!! And BTW I worked for Verizon for 8 years... what a disgrace, that heavy set blond that works in your store should be Terminated! I filed a complaint with the ethics office and it's under investigation.

I loved Bethany, she was the best sales associate! She sold us the most beautiful phone and offered amazing deals. Very professional manner of handling situations in a very high volume pop. She needs a PROMOTION honestly or a RAISE. She deserves it and is a beautiful soul. Met her for the first time in this store and she was the only employee to give me a good/enjoyable experience. All others were very blah. But anyways, thank you Bethany.You are awesome.

Javier was amazing and went well out of his way to make sure I received what I wanted and needed. This is my number 1 store, and they have never disappointed! Sometimes the wait is longer than I like, however the amazing service is always worth it.

This is the worst excuse for a Verizon representative store in existence. Was almost sold an Apple Watch that was more expensive than the one I actually wanted. Nasty and rude sales staff. I was given the complete run around and told that I couldn't return a 2 week old phone just because I didn't have the cardboard box it came in. Was even charged a $50 restock fee after giving me the fight that they gave me. They even refused to give me the store manager's contact information. I guess he'll hide behind his useless staff and cower. If you're going to direct your staff to charge a very unfair restocking fee, at least instruct them to mention this very critical piece of information during the sale and have enough guts to confront the customer about it. I'm talking about YOU Javier. Very unprofessional!!!

Brandi was great and helped me get a new phone 30 minutes before closing on a holiday. She stayed 2 hours late to make sure my i got my phone and everything figured out. Couldnt have asked for a better experience!

This store does not know what customer service means. The associate has a real bad attitude and I've delt with her twice.They ordered the wrong phone. I spoke with her 5 days prior and she had an attitude then also. I have been with Verizon for 17 years and never have I had a problem like this.
